【摘要】：泥沙問題是三峽工程的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題之一,在三峽工程論證、設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)和運(yùn)行的各個(gè)階段,針對(duì)重大的工程泥沙問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)和持續(xù)的研究,提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案.本文對(duì)三峽工程采用的減緩水庫泥沙淤積與保持長期有效庫容的運(yùn)用方式、水庫變動(dòng)回水區(qū)港口與航道泥沙問題治理措施、樞紐引航道與電站引水防沙布置方案、壩下游河道長距離沖刷預(yù)測(cè)、河勢(shì)變化及對(duì)航道影響的對(duì)策等進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié).2003年三峽水庫蓄水運(yùn)用以來水庫淤積和壩下游河道沖刷情況分析表明:水庫泥沙主要淤積在死庫容,有效庫容損失較少,庫區(qū)航運(yùn)條件得到大幅改善;壩下游河道發(fā)生長距離沖刷,沖刷強(qiáng)度不斷向下游發(fā)展,河勢(shì)總體基本穩(wěn)定;長江中下游航道經(jīng)過治理,航道維護(hù)水深有了較大提高.三峽工程泥沙問題的解決方案已得到初步檢驗(yàn),泥沙問題及其影響基本未超出論證與初步設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)測(cè).本文還對(duì)今后一段時(shí)期需要進(jìn)一步研究的泥沙問題提出了建議,包括水庫優(yōu)化調(diào)度、壩下游河道沖刷、江湖關(guān)系變化和長江口演變等.
[Abstract]:Sediment problem is one of the key technical problems in the three Gorges Project. In every stage of demonstration, design, construction and operation of the three Gorges Project, a systematic and continuous study on the major sediment problem of the project is carried out, and corresponding solutions are put forward. In this paper, the methods of reducing sediment deposition and maintaining long-term effective storage capacity adopted by the three Gorges Project, the treatment measures of sediment problems in port and channel in the reservoir changing backwater area, and the arrangement scheme of diversion channel and sediment prevention of the hub diversion channel and power station are discussed. Long distance scour prediction of downstream channel of dam, The river regime change and its influence on waterway are analyzed and summarized. The analysis of reservoir siltation and river channel scour in the lower reaches of the dam since the operation of the three Gorges Reservoir in 2003 shows that the silt of the reservoir is mainly deposited in the dead reservoir, and the loss of the effective reservoir capacity is relatively small. The navigation conditions of the reservoir area have been greatly improved; the river channel in the lower reaches of the dam has been scoured over a long distance, the scouring intensity is developing to the downstream, and the river regime is basically stable; the waterway maintenance depth of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River has been greatly improved. The solution to the sediment problem of the three Gorges Project has been preliminarily tested, and the sediment problem and its influence have basically not exceeded the demonstration and preliminary design prediction. This paper also puts forward some suggestions for further study on sediment problems in the future, including reservoir optimal operation, channel scour down the dam, changes in the relationship between rivers and lakes and the evolution of the Yangtze River Estuary, etc.
