清污機(jī)耙斗和軌道流固負(fù)荷時(shí)的應(yīng)力特性研究

【摘要】:清污機(jī)是一種專門用在水力發(fā)電站的取水口前,對(duì)水中污物進(jìn)行清理的水利設(shè)備,能夠防止污物進(jìn)入發(fā)電機(jī)組影響其正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),在一定程度上提高了電站的發(fā)電效率。目前已廣泛應(yīng)用在水電站或者泵站中,尤其是在中小型的水力發(fā)電站中。但是,現(xiàn)在投入使用的清污機(jī)大都是在研究人員的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和靜態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)下研制出來的,在使用中出現(xiàn)了各種各樣的問題,影響著機(jī)組的發(fā)電效率,阻礙著水電事業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文選用耙斗式清污機(jī)作為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合清污機(jī)自身的特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)和流固耦合分析理論,借助計(jì)算機(jī)輔助分析軟件對(duì)清污機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)性能進(jìn)行分析研究。首先,查閱大量文獻(xiàn)資料,找出清污機(jī)現(xiàn)存的問題,選擇清污機(jī)的耙斗和軌道進(jìn)行研究;然后,根據(jù)流體動(dòng)力學(xué)理論,借助FLLUENT軟件對(duì)清污機(jī)工作時(shí)的流場(chǎng)數(shù)值模擬,得出各種工況下的流場(chǎng)速度、壓強(qiáng)以及流體沖擊力,并且結(jié)合現(xiàn)有理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)仿真得出的流體沖擊力進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證這種仿真方法的合理性;最后,根據(jù)流固耦合理論,借助ANSYS Workbench軟件,對(duì)耙斗和軌道兩部分進(jìn)行應(yīng)力、變形仿真分析,得出水流對(duì)它們的影響作用。此外,還對(duì)軌道的模態(tài)進(jìn)行了研究分析。通過一系列的仿真分析,得出了耙斗與軌道需要優(yōu)化之處,并提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)方法。本文所采用的仿真方法及分析結(jié)果具有一定的代表性,為清污機(jī)的研制提供了指導(dǎo),促進(jìn)了清污機(jī)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The decontamination machine is a kind of water conservancy equipment which is specially used to clean up the sewage in the water before the intake of the hydraulic power station. It can prevent the sewage from entering into the generator set and affect its normal operation, and to a certain extent improves the power generation efficiency of the power station. At present, it has been widely used in hydropower stations or pumping stations, especially in small and medium hydropower stations. However, most of the decontamination machines put into use are developed under the experience and static design of researchers. There are a variety of problems in use, which affect the efficiency of generating units and hinder the development of hydropower industry. In this paper, a rake bucket type decontamination machine is chosen as the research object, combining with the characteristics of the decontamination machine itself, the structure performance of the decontamination machine is analyzed by using the theory of computational fluid dynamics and fluid-solid coupling analysis, and the computer aided analysis software is used to study the structure and performance of the decontamination machine. First of all, referring to a large amount of literature to find out the existing problems of the decontamination machine, selecting the rake and track of the decontamination machine for research; then, according to the theory of fluid dynamics, the flow field of the decontamination machine is simulated with the help of FLLUENT software. The flow field velocity, pressure and fluid impact force under various working conditions are obtained, and the simulation results are compared with the existing theories and experimental results to verify the rationality of the simulation method. Finally, according to the fluid-solid coupling theory, the flow field velocity, the pressure and the fluid impact force are obtained. With the help of ANSYS Workbench software, the stress and deformation of rake bucket and track are simulated and analyzed, and the effect of water flow on them is obtained. In addition, the mode of orbit is studied and analyzed. Through a series of simulation analysis, the optimization of rake bucket and track is obtained, and the corresponding improvement method is put forward. The simulation method and analysis results adopted in this paper are representative, which provides guidance for the development of decontamination machine and promotes the development of decontamination machine.
