沉箱碼頭施工工藝安全管理信息系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:工程建設(shè)施工領(lǐng)域,安全事故常有發(fā)生。港口工程施工是工程建設(shè)施工領(lǐng)域一部分。自2008年以來(lái),掀起熱潮了港口建設(shè)的熱潮,建設(shè)任務(wù)不斷加重,安全問(wèn)題日益凸顯。其中,沉箱碼頭作為港口工程建設(shè)中較常用的碼頭結(jié)構(gòu)形式之一,由于其施工過(guò)程水上作業(yè)多、人員及船機(jī)設(shè)備多、影響因素復(fù)雜,導(dǎo)致安全施工與施工進(jìn)度矛盾突出,施工安全管理和監(jiān)督難度較大。因此,有必要建立一個(gè)信息化的施工安全管理體系,對(duì)沉箱碼頭施工過(guò)程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別、評(píng)價(jià)、應(yīng)對(duì)。從而快速、有效地保證沉箱碼頭的安全施工。目前,,關(guān)于整個(gè)水運(yùn)工程施工領(lǐng)域安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究非常少,針對(duì)沉箱碼頭施工的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究則更少,更不用說(shuō)安全管理信息化的研究。為滿足沉箱碼頭安全施工管理信息化、系統(tǒng)化的需要,本文將對(duì)沉箱碼頭施工工藝安全管理信息系統(tǒng)研究。 沉箱碼頭施工工藝安全管理信息系統(tǒng)指的是從沉箱碼頭施工準(zhǔn)備到竣工的全過(guò)程的信息化管理。該信息系統(tǒng)由三個(gè)模塊組成,分別是:風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別模塊、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模塊、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)模塊。本文首先在第一、二、三章,分三個(gè)模塊對(duì)沉箱碼頭施工工藝安全管理信息系統(tǒng)建立的方法及工具進(jìn)行了選用、整合,分別形成了三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)信息化的理論基礎(chǔ),并分別提出了沉箱碼頭施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)綜合識(shí)別方法、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)的DFFM算法(將德?tīng)柗品ā⑹鹿蕵浞治龇、模糊層次分析法和作業(yè)條件危險(xiǎn)性評(píng)價(jià)法,經(jīng)過(guò)一定的改進(jìn)和整合后的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)法)和基于PDCA循環(huán)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)模式,建立了相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)或方法庫(kù),構(gòu)建了相應(yīng)的軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)框架。然后根據(jù)系統(tǒng)需求,利用VB語(yǔ)言編程,完成了功能模塊的初步開發(fā)。最后沉箱碼頭施工工藝安全管理信息系統(tǒng)得以初步建立。
[Abstract]:Safety accidents often occur in the field of engineering construction. Port engineering construction is a part of engineering construction field. Since 2008, there has been an upsurge in port construction. Among them, caisson wharf is one of the more commonly used wharf structure forms in port engineering construction. Because of its construction process, there are more water operations, more personnel and ship machinery and equipment, and the influence factors are complicated, which leads to the contradiction between safety construction and construction progress. Construction safety management and supervision is difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an information construction safety management system to identify, evaluate and respond to the risks in caisson wharf construction. Thus, the safe construction of caisson wharf is guaranteed quickly and effectively. At present, the research on safety risk management in the whole construction field of waterway engineering is very few, and the research on safety risk management for caisson wharf construction is even less, let alone the research of safety management information. In order to meet the needs of information and systematization of caisson wharf construction safety management, this paper will study the caisson wharf construction process safety management information system. Caisson Wharf construction process safety management information system refers to the whole process of information management from caisson wharf construction preparation to completion. The information system consists of three modules: risk identification module, risk evaluation module and risk response module. In the first, second and third chapters, this paper selects and integrates the methods and tools of establishing the caisson wharf construction process safety management information system in three modules, and forms the theoretical foundation of the three subsystems' informatization respectively. And put forward the comprehensive identification method of caisson construction risk, the DFFM algorithm of risk evaluation (Delphi method, accident tree analysis method, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process) and working condition risk evaluation method, respectively. After certain improvement and integration of the risk evaluation method) and the risk response model based on PDCA cycle, the corresponding database or method library is established, and the corresponding software implementation framework is constructed. Then according to the system requirements, VB language programming, completed the preliminary development of functional modules. Finally, the caisson wharf construction process safety management information system has been established.
