【摘要】：宋代在社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中由于城市生活、商業(yè)空間的擴(kuò)張,居民侵河而居,密集的人口產(chǎn)生的生活垃圾致使河道堵塞,城市中出現(xiàn)了清理垃圾、糞便的專門人員。官私紡織業(yè)、染鋪、印刷業(yè)、礦冶業(yè)等廢水對河道造成污染。治安問題、自然災(zāi)害和戰(zhàn)爭等因素導(dǎo)致人員死亡,其尸體未能及時(shí)掩埋,被丟棄于河渠之中造成水源污染。宋朝廷通過增強(qiáng)巡邏、立法懲處、探索水污染治理技術(shù)、鼓勵(lì)民眾舉報(bào)等措施,使河道水環(huán)境得以治理。宋朝廷還注重河道綠化,并將其納入官員考核之中,經(jīng)新任官員檢驗(yàn)合格者方可交接離任。兩宋河堤防護(hù)林的大量種植,美化了沿河環(huán)境,起到固堤護(hù)堤、防止水土流失的作用,形成較強(qiáng)的生態(tài)保護(hù)理念。
[Abstract]:In the process of social and economic development in the Song Dynasty due to urban life the expansion of commercial space residents invaded and lived in the river. Government-private textile industry, dyeing, printing, mining and metallurgical industries such as waste water pollution to the river. Security problems, natural disasters, war and other factors led to the death of people, their bodies were not buried in time, abandoned in the canal caused water pollution. The Song Dynasty made the river water environment be treated by strengthening patrol, legislating punishment, exploring the technology of water pollution control and encouraging people to report. The Song government also attached importance to river greening and included it in the official assessment. A large number of planting of river embankment protection forest in the two Song dynasties beautifies the environment along the river, plays the role of strengthening the embankment, preventing soil and water loss, and forms a strong ecological protection concept.
