水庫(kù)多目標(biāo)調(diào)度模型及算法研究

【摘要】:協(xié)調(diào)水庫(kù)發(fā)電、灌溉和生態(tài)環(huán)境效益是眾多水庫(kù)決策者面臨的棘手問題。本文以考慮發(fā)電保證率要求的總發(fā)電量最大、下游灌溉和生態(tài)流量需水滿足度最大為目標(biāo)建立水庫(kù)多目標(biāo)調(diào)度模型,以動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃和離散微分動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃為計(jì)算核心,在分別對(duì)發(fā)電保證率、灌溉需水滿足度和生態(tài)環(huán)境需水滿足度建立懲罰函數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出求解多目標(biāo)模型的變懲罰系數(shù)法(VPC),并應(yīng)用VPC法進(jìn)行模型求解,通過篩選得到多目標(biāo)非劣解的Pareto前沿。通過與非支配排序遺傳算法II(NSGA-II)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,表明VPC算法可以得到更高質(zhì)量的非劣解集。實(shí)例研究表明,該模型和求解方法具有較好的適應(yīng)性和較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值,可以為水庫(kù)調(diào)度管理者提供重要的決策參考。
[Abstract]:Coordination of reservoir power generation, irrigation and ecological environmental benefits is a thorny problem faced by many reservoir decision makers. In this paper, a multi-objective model of reservoir operation is established with the goal of maximum total electricity generation considering the requirement of power generation guarantee rate and the maximum water requirement of downstream irrigation and ecological flow, with dynamic programming and discrete differential dynamic programming as the core of calculation. On the basis of establishing penalty function of power generation guarantee rate, irrigation water demand satisfaction and ecological environment water demand satisfaction, the variable penalty coefficient method for solving multi-objective model is put forward, and the model is solved by VPC method. The Pareto frontier is obtained by screening the multiobjective noninferior solution. By comparing the results with the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II NSGA-II, it is shown that the VPC algorithm can obtain a higher quality non-inferior solution set. The case study shows that the model and the solution method have good adaptability and strong practical value, and can provide important decision reference for reservoir dispatching managers.
