南水北調(diào)中線原水風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及供水安全應(yīng)對(duì)建議

【摘要】:南水北調(diào)中線調(diào)水是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,其工程設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)行本身決定了中線原水存在安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),正確認(rèn)識(shí)和化解這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)對(duì)保障受水區(qū)城市供水安全意義重大。總結(jié)了中線工程設(shè)計(jì)和當(dāng)前運(yùn)行的若干特征,分析了總氮、氨氮、總磷和高錳酸鹽指數(shù)在中線沿線的變化規(guī)律,對(duì)受水區(qū)城市接納中線原水的水質(zhì)進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究認(rèn)為藻類(lèi)沿程生長(zhǎng)繁殖、沼蛤大量附著生長(zhǎng)、輸水工程斷水停水是中線原水的主要安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并針對(duì)這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出了保障受水區(qū)城市供水安全的建議措施。
[Abstract]:South-to-North Water transfer Project (South-to-North Water transfer) is a complex system project. Its engineering design and operation itself determine the existence of safety risks in the raw water of the middle route. It is of great significance to correctly understand and resolve these risks to ensure the safety of urban water supply in water-receiving areas. This paper summarizes the characteristics of the design and current operation of the middle route project, analyzes on the variation law of total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and permanganate index along the middle line, and evaluates the water quality of the raw water of the central line accepted by the city in the receiving area. On this basis, it is considered that the main safety risks of the raw water in the middle line are algae growth and propagation along the process, a large number of clam clams attached and growth, and water cut off in the water conveyance project, and some measures to ensure the safety of urban water supply in the water-receiving area are put forward.
