超聲-回彈法檢測農(nóng)田水利薄壁構(gòu)件強(qiáng)度研究

【摘要】:針對目前農(nóng)田水利薄壁構(gòu)件混凝土還沒有實體強(qiáng)度檢測方法和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的問題,以薄壁構(gòu)件干硬性混凝土標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立方體試件為研究對象,運用超聲-回彈綜合法獲得江西省薄壁構(gòu)件干硬性混凝土的聲速值、回彈值,通過CECS 02:2005推薦的全國統(tǒng)一超聲-回彈測強(qiáng)曲線和自擬超聲-回彈測強(qiáng)曲線對其結(jié)果進(jìn)行擬合,從結(jié)果可以看出,采用自擬超聲-回彈測強(qiáng)曲線進(jìn)行擬合的相對誤差比全國統(tǒng)一超聲-回彈測強(qiáng)曲線的相對誤差小得多,而且相關(guān)系數(shù)較高,可以作為江西地區(qū)薄壁構(gòu)件混凝土的超聲-回彈測強(qiáng)曲線。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the concrete of thin-walled members of irrigation and water conservancy does not have solid strength testing methods and standards at present, the standard cube specimen of thin-walled concrete is taken as the research object. The sound velocity and springback of thin wall concrete in Jiangxi Province are obtained by using the method of ultrasonic and springback synthesis. The results are fitted by the national unified ultrasonic and springback strength measurement curve and the self-designed ultrasonic rebound strength measurement curve, which are recommended by CECS 02: 2005. It can be seen from the results that the relative error of fitting the self-made ultrasonic rebound intensity curve is much smaller and the correlation coefficient is higher than that of the unified ultrasonic rebound strength measurement curve in the whole country. It can be used as the ultrasonic-resilience curve of thin-walled member concrete in Jiangxi area.
