【摘要】：針對湘西南地區(qū)水資源豐富,但其外送通道的輸電能力已不能滿足外送需求的問題,從湖南電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)和負荷特性等方面入手,深入分析湘西南水電外送通道穩(wěn)定特性,提出2種提高送出能力的措施:一是在仿真數(shù)據(jù)中接入湘南小水電;二是加裝串聯(lián)電容補償或者靜止無功補償裝置,仿真結(jié)果表明采用優(yōu)化仿真數(shù)據(jù)模型以及安裝串聯(lián)電容補償器裝置的綜合應(yīng)對措施更能有效地提高湘西南水電通道輸送能力,并進一步提高清潔能源利用率。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that the water resources are abundant in southwest Hunan, but the transmission capacity of the outgoing transmission channel can no longer meet the needs of the outgoing transmission, starting with the structure and load characteristics of Hunan power network, the stable characteristics of the outgoing channel of hydropower in southwestern Hunan are analyzed in depth. Two kinds of measures to improve the output capacity are put forward: one is to connect the small hydropower station in southern Hunan in the simulation data, the other is to install series capacitor compensation or static reactive power compensation device. The simulation results show that the optimal simulation data model and the comprehensive measures of installing series capacitor compensator can effectively improve the transmission capacity of hydropower channel in southwest Hunan and further improve the utilization rate of clean energy.
