向家壩電站運(yùn)行對(duì)長(zhǎng)江瀘州河段通航條件的影響研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)許多河流通航不僅受到枯季和洪季水位變化的影響,還會(huì)受到其他的因素影響,特別是是河道上游修建的水電站。向家壩水電站是金沙江梯級(jí)開(kāi)發(fā)四座巨型水電站中的最末一級(jí),是一座以發(fā)電為主要目的,兼具攔沙、改善航運(yùn)、防洪、灌溉等綜合功能的特大型水利樞紐工程。研究向家壩電站運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生的非恒定流對(duì)長(zhǎng)江瀘州河段通航條件的影響,對(duì)于確保航行安全,避免水運(yùn)事故的發(fā)生,具有重要的意義。本文依托長(zhǎng)江上游干支流匯合口航道整治技術(shù)研究項(xiàng)目,以計(jì)算流體力學(xué)、泥沙運(yùn)動(dòng)力學(xué)等學(xué)科理論為基礎(chǔ),應(yīng)用MIKE21軟件里的HD和ST模塊建立了水動(dòng)力模型與泥沙模型。模擬了天然情況下和向家壩電站運(yùn)行情況下瀘州河段的水流以及泥沙特性,分析向家壩電站運(yùn)行后對(duì)于瀘州河段通航條件的影響,提出了在新的水沙條件下河段航標(biāo)布置的建議,主要得到的結(jié)論如下:(1)向家壩電站運(yùn)行情況下,通過(guò)對(duì)瀘州河段水面線(xiàn)、流速、水流動(dòng)力軸線(xiàn)的分析,雖然在向家壩電站運(yùn)行后瀘州河段的水流條件發(fā)生改變,但不會(huì)對(duì)船舶通航造成影響,瀘州河段的航道條件滿(mǎn)足Ⅲ級(jí)航道通航的要求。(2)向家壩水電站建成后,引起下游水位的陡漲陡落會(huì)對(duì)整治建筑物上挑丁壩和下挑丁壩造成影響。整治建筑物上下丁壩特別是丁壩的頭部易遭到損壞,應(yīng)對(duì)丁壩壩頭采取加固措施或優(yōu)化其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。(3)通過(guò)對(duì)向家壩電站建成運(yùn)行后的瀘州河段河床變形與沖淤進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,結(jié)果顯示瀘州河段的河床變形與沖淤變化不大,不會(huì)對(duì)船舶的通航造成影響。(4)選取了300t、500t、800t、1000t級(jí)4種機(jī)動(dòng)船作為典型船型,計(jì)算了向家壩電站日調(diào)節(jié)和泄洪時(shí)4種機(jī)動(dòng)船的船舶阻力與船舶推力。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,向家壩電站日調(diào)節(jié)和泄洪時(shí),船舶推力大于船舶阻力,船舶基本能正常上行。但是在向家壩泄洪流量大于12600m3/s(沱江支流流量為300m3/s)時(shí),上行船舶應(yīng)注意調(diào)整航行時(shí)間避開(kāi)最大流速的出現(xiàn)時(shí)間段。(5)在新的水沙條件下,船舶仍按當(dāng)前航法航行,船舶航路不發(fā)生改變。結(jié)合瀘州港匯合口航道情況,提出長(zhǎng)江瀘州金鐘磧?yōu)╇U(xiǎn)河段航標(biāo)配布的建議。(6)在新的水沙條件下,需要通過(guò)加強(qiáng)航道探測(cè)、密切關(guān)注水位變化。加強(qiáng)對(duì)瀘州河段的航道測(cè)量以及整治建筑物整體穩(wěn)定性監(jiān)測(cè),建立長(zhǎng)期聯(lián)系協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制、強(qiáng)化對(duì)超吃水船舶的管理從而提升對(duì)航道的維護(hù)。
[Abstract]:Navigation of many rivers in China is affected not only by the variation of water level in dry season and flood season, but also by other factors, especially hydropower stations built in the upper reaches of river course.Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is the last stage of the four giant hydropower stations in the cascade development of the Jinsha River. It is a super large water conservancy project with the main purpose of generating electricity, as well as the comprehensive functions of blocking sand, improving navigation, flood control, irrigation and so on.It is of great significance to study the influence of unsteady flow of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station on navigation conditions in Luzhou reach of the Yangtze River to ensure navigation safety and avoid waterway accidents.In this paper, the hydrodynamic model and sediment model are established by using HD and St modules in MIKE21 software, based on the research project of channel regulation technology of confluence channel in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, based on the theories of computational fluid dynamics and sediment movement mechanics.The flow and sediment characteristics of Luzhou reach under natural conditions and Xiangjiaba power station operation are simulated, and the influence of Xiangjiaba hydropower station on navigation conditions of Luzhou reach is analyzed.The suggestion of navigation mark arrangement in the new water and sediment condition is put forward. The main conclusions are as follows: 1) under the operation of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, through the analysis of the water surface line, velocity and power axis of water flow in Luzhou reach,Although the flow conditions of Luzhou reach changed after Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station came into operation, it will not affect the navigation of ships. After the completion of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station, the waterway conditions of Luzhou reach meet the navigation requirements of Grade 鈪,
