【摘要】：為了加強(qiáng)河南省的水資源管理,細(xì)化河南省最嚴(yán)格水資源管理制度考核方法,對河南省的水資源狀況進(jìn)行了研究,以河南省2012和2013年為現(xiàn)狀年,分別采用"年尺度多指標(biāo)法"和"單指標(biāo)法"對河南省各行政市的考核指標(biāo)打分評價(jià),并進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果表明,"年尺度多指標(biāo)法"的得分普遍高于"單指標(biāo)法",其計(jì)算方法更客觀,理論性和可操作性強(qiáng),為水資源管理考核建立了充足的理論基礎(chǔ)和評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:In order to strengthen the management of water resources in Henan Province and refine the assessment methods of the strictest water resources management system in Henan Province, the water resources situation in Henan Province was studied. The current situation of Henan Province in 2012 and 2013 was taken as the current year.The annual scale multiple index method and the single index method are used to evaluate the evaluation indexes of Henan administrative cities respectively, and the comparative analysis is carried out.The results show that the score of "annual scale multiple index method" is generally higher than that of "single index method", and its calculation method is more objective, theoretical and operational, which establishes sufficient theoretical basis and evaluation standard for water resources management assessment.
