【摘要】：正1關(guān)于這場公開討論的始末,以及為什么要對這場公開討論進(jìn)行小結(jié)筆者與徐、楊兩先生圍繞(1)最小熵產(chǎn)生原理或最小能耗率原理是否只適用于系統(tǒng)邊界條件恒定的開放系統(tǒng),而不適用于邊界條件隨時間變化的開放系統(tǒng),如河流;(2)最小熵產(chǎn)生原理或最小能耗率原理是否能推廣到非平衡態(tài)非線性區(qū)這樣兩個關(guān)系到能否正確理解并應(yīng)用河流動力學(xué)中變分方法的重要學(xué)術(shù)問題,在《水利學(xué)報》上進(jìn)行了公開討論[1-5]。由于徐先生在文獻(xiàn)[5]中聲稱:"周筑寶先生
