微切削模式下巖石骨料的耐磨性能及影響因素試驗研究

【摘要】:分別針對花崗巖、玄武巖、大理巖、灰?guī)r和白云巖5種巖石骨料在微切削模式下的耐磨性能進行了試驗研究,分析了影響巖石骨料耐磨性能的內(nèi)在因素。結(jié)果表明:花崗巖的耐磨強度最高,約為耐磨強度最低的白云巖的13倍;玄武巖的耐磨強度次之,約為白云巖的5倍;大理巖、灰?guī)r和白云巖的耐磨強度依次降低。不同巖石的維氏顯微硬度相對大小能在一定程度上反映巖石耐磨強度的相對大小,但二者之間并不存在簡單的正相關(guān)關(guān)系;巖石的礦物組成和孔結(jié)構(gòu)是影響其耐磨強度的主要因素;礦物晶粒的尺寸和形貌也會也一定程度上影響巖石的耐磨強度。
[Abstract]:The wear resistance of five kinds of aggregates, granite, basalt, marble, limestone and dolomite, under the microcutting mode was studied, and the internal factors affecting the wear resistance of rock aggregates were analyzed.The results show that the wear resistance of granite is 13 times of that of dolomite with the lowest wear resistance, the wear resistance of basalt is about 5 times of that of dolomite, and the wear resistance of marble, limestone and dolomite decreases in turn.The relative value of Vickers microhardness of different rocks can reflect the relative size of rock wear resistance to some extent, but there is no simple positive correlation between them.The mineral composition and pore structure of rock are the main factors affecting the wear resistance of rock, and the size and morphology of mineral grain will also affect the wear resistance of rock to some extent.
