【摘要】：中國(guó)第一水工試驗(yàn)所是民國(guó)時(shí)期建立的第一個(gè)水利科研機(jī)構(gòu),是中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)水利轉(zhuǎn)向現(xiàn)代水利的標(biāo)志性事件之一,本文在水利科技史以及民國(guó)史上占有重要地位。以《華北水利月刊》為基本史料,對(duì)中國(guó)第一水工試驗(yàn)所籌備及成立過(guò)程進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理,對(duì)其中的關(guān)鍵事實(shí)作了考證論述。中國(guó)第一水工試驗(yàn)所創(chuàng)建經(jīng)歷了四個(gè)階段,即:河工試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)時(shí)期、臨時(shí)水工試驗(yàn)所時(shí)期、華北水工試驗(yàn)所時(shí)期和中國(guó)第一水工試驗(yàn)所時(shí)期。技術(shù)專(zhuān)家、經(jīng)費(fèi)、所址和組織機(jī)構(gòu)是影響中國(guó)第一水工試驗(yàn)所建設(shè)進(jìn)程的四個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素。中國(guó)第一水工試驗(yàn)所的建設(shè)過(guò)程,既是民國(guó)時(shí)期水利界對(duì)水工試驗(yàn)這一新事物在技術(shù)上不斷認(rèn)識(shí)深化的過(guò)程,也是民國(guó)社會(huì)對(duì)這一新事物逐漸接受的過(guò)程,反映了民國(guó)時(shí)期中西科技和文化之間的交融與碰撞。
[Abstract]:The first hydraulic testing Institute in China is the first water conservancy scientific research institution established in the Republic of China. It is one of the iconic events of the transition of Chinese traditional water conservancy to modern water conservancy. This paper plays an important role in the history of water conservancy science and technology as well as the history of the Republic of China.Taking the monthly Journal of North China Water Conservancy as the basic historical data, the preparation and establishment process of the first hydraulic Engineering Test Institute in China is systematically sorted out, and the key facts among them are discussed through textual research.The establishment of the first hydraulic testing Institute in China has undergone four stages, namely, the period of the river engineering test site, the period of the temporary hydraulic test institute, the period of the North China hydraulic testing Institute and the period of the first China hydraulic testing Institute.Technical experts, funding, location and organization are the four key factors that affect the construction process of China's first hydraulic Engineering Laboratory.The construction process of the first hydraulic test institute in China is not only the process of deepening the understanding of the new thing in the water conservancy circles during the period of the Republic of China, but also the process of gradually accepting the new thing in the society of the Republic of China.It reflects the blending and collision between Chinese and Western science and technology and culture during the period of the Republic of China.
