【摘要】:隨著水工建筑物運(yùn)用計算機(jī)軟件進(jìn)行設(shè)計全面普及,二維的CAD平面化設(shè)計已經(jīng)不能滿足人們的要求,三維參數(shù)化設(shè)計已經(jīng)成為發(fā)展的必然趨勢。而CATIA軟件在世界上的CAD/CAE/CAM領(lǐng)域中屬于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位,目前已廣泛應(yīng)用于航空航天、機(jī)械制造、土木工程等領(lǐng)域,并逐漸向水利水電、巖土工程、資源環(huán)境等領(lǐng)域發(fā)展。所以用CATIA軟件對拱壩進(jìn)行三維參數(shù)化設(shè)計是最優(yōu)的選擇。本文通過研究和開發(fā)CATIA軟件,建立快捷精確的拱壩三維參數(shù)化設(shè)計體系。通過進(jìn)一步豐富和細(xì)化拱壩設(shè)計模板,提出程序化的設(shè)計步驟,進(jìn)一步提高建模效率和準(zhǔn)確率,利用CATIA平臺為水利水電工程創(chuàng)新設(shè)計創(chuàng)作條件。通過研究CATIA平臺與Visual Basic程序的接口問題,運(yùn)用Visual Basic語言方便快捷的編程能力,再充分結(jié)合CATIA自身強(qiáng)大的三維設(shè)計功能,擴(kuò)展CATIA功能模塊,可以更深層次利用CATIA三維參數(shù)化建立模型的能力。然后結(jié)合Visual Basic編程的計算拱壩抗滑穩(wěn)定系數(shù)的人機(jī)互動界面,形成基于CATIA平臺下拱壩壩肩抗滑穩(wěn)定分析系統(tǒng)。運(yùn)用剛體極限平衡法對拱壩壩肩的抗滑穩(wěn)定問題進(jìn)行分析,考慮拱壩壩肩抗滑穩(wěn)定系數(shù)在二維、三維分析下,以及考慮各種地質(zhì)情況下標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的計算方法;在充分分析拱壩壩肩地質(zhì)特性的基礎(chǔ)上,采用Visual Basic語言進(jìn)行人機(jī)交互式界面的開發(fā),進(jìn)行基于Visual Basic平臺下的拱壩抗滑穩(wěn)定分析功能模塊的開發(fā)。本文是以三維設(shè)計軟件CATIA為基礎(chǔ)平臺,研究并建立人機(jī)交換界面的拱壩三維設(shè)計體系,并通過二次開發(fā)工作,擴(kuò)展拱壩基于剛體極限平衡法的二維、三維抗滑穩(wěn)定系數(shù)分析功能模塊,形成基于CATIA平臺下拱壩設(shè)計-分析一體化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計流程。
[Abstract]:With the wide use of computer software in the design of hydraulic structures, two-dimensional CAD plane design can not meet the requirements of people, three-dimensional parametric design has become an inevitable trend of development.At present, CATIA software has been widely used in aerospace, mechanical manufacturing, civil engineering and other fields, and has gradually developed into the fields of water conservancy and hydropower, geotechnical engineering, resources and environment, etc.So it is the best choice to use CATIA software to carry on the three-dimensional parameterized design to the arch dam.Through the research and development of CATIA software, a fast and accurate 3D parametric design system of arch dam is established in this paper.Through further enriching and refining the design template of arch dam, this paper puts forward the programmed design steps, further improves the efficiency and accuracy of modeling, and makes use of CATIA platform to create creative conditions for the innovative design of water conservancy and hydropower projects.By studying the interface between CATIA platform and Visual Basic program, using the convenient and quick programming ability of Visual Basic language, and fully combining the powerful 3D design function of CATIA, this paper extends the CATIA function module.It is possible to make use of the ability of CATIA 3D parameterization to build model in a deeper level.Combined with the human-computer interaction interface of Visual Basic programming to calculate the anti-slide stability coefficient of arch dam, the anti-slide stability analysis system of arch dam abutment based on CATIA platform is formed.The stability of arch dam abutment is analyzed by means of rigid body limit equilibrium method. The calculation method of stability coefficient of arch dam abutment is considered under two-dimensional and three-dimensional analysis, as well as various geological conditions.On the basis of fully analyzing the geological characteristics of arch dam abutment, the man-machine interactive interface of arch dam is developed with Visual Basic language, and the function module of anti-slide stability analysis of arch dam based on Visual Basic is developed.Based on the 3D design software CATIA, this paper studies and establishes the 3D design system of arch dam with man-machine exchange interface, and extends the two-dimensional arch dam based on rigid body limit equilibrium method through secondary development.A standard design flow of arch dam design-analysis integration based on CATIA platform is formed by the function module of three-dimensional stability coefficient analysis.
