【摘要】：隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的加快,近年來城市內(nèi)澇頻發(fā),國家也在近幾年推出海綿城市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,如何充分利用雨水資源成為擺在每個(gè)建設(shè)者面前的新課題。本研究通過對(duì)建設(shè)相關(guān)單位進(jìn)行調(diào)研,收集建設(shè)各方對(duì)于雨水收集系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識(shí)和普遍反映的問題,歸納影響雨水收集系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化的主要因素。通過調(diào)研南通周邊雨水收集利用的項(xiàng)目,了解雨水收集的不同用途、運(yùn)行情況以及投資回收期。通過借鑒了各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的成敗經(jīng)驗(yàn),為科技之窗項(xiàng)目雨水收集系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施與優(yōu)化提供依據(jù)。本研究通過對(duì)科技之窗項(xiàng)目雨水收集利用的研究和分析,在項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、施工過程中從收集雨水的來源、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、管道收集系統(tǒng)、雨水深度處理等方案的優(yōu)選以及棄流井、蓄水池等設(shè)備參數(shù)的優(yōu)化等多方面,多層次的控制建造成本。同時(shí)對(duì)兩個(gè)內(nèi)裝標(biāo)段在初期雨水利用的效益進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。最后通過測(cè)算科技之窗雨水收集利用系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)成本,結(jié)合運(yùn)行成本以及運(yùn)行的效益估算,計(jì)算出科技之窗雨水收集利用項(xiàng)目的靜態(tài)投資回收期。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, urban waterlogging has occurred frequently in recent years, and the country has also put forward the development strategy of sponge city in recent years. How to make full use of Rain Water resources has become a new topic for every constructor.Based on the investigation of relevant construction units, this study collected the cognition and general reflection of Rain Water collection system, and summarized the main factors that affect the economic benefit maximization of Rain Water collection system.By investigating the items collected and utilized by Rain Water around Nantong, we can find out the different uses, operating conditions and investment payback period collected by Rain Water.By drawing lessons from the success or failure of each project, this paper provides the basis for the implementation and optimization of Rain Water collection system for the project of window of Science and Technology.Based on the research and analysis of Rain Water's collection and utilization of the window of Science and Technology project, this study collects the optimal selection and abandoned well from the project design, construction process, landscape design, pipeline collection system, Rain Water advanced treatment and so on.The optimization of storage tank and other equipment parameters and other aspects, multi-level control of construction costs.At the same time, the benefit of Rain Water in the initial stage is compared and analyzed.Finally, by calculating the construction cost of Rain Water collection and utilization system, combined with the operation cost and the benefit estimate, the static investment payback period of the collection and utilization project is calculated.
