【摘要】：護(hù)壁灌注樁施工中,對工程造成影響較為嚴(yán)重的現(xiàn)場常見環(huán)境因素就是場地狹窄、施工活動高度受既有架空線路等限制,導(dǎo)致灌注樁施工大型成孔鉆機(jī)設(shè)備無法就位作業(yè)、樁體鋼筋籠骨架無法整體起吊就位,使工程施工陷入阻滯。通過工程實(shí)例研究總結(jié),表明充分結(jié)合實(shí)際施工環(huán)境和具體工程水文地質(zhì)條件,靈活進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計優(yōu)化及工藝操作創(chuàng)新、嚴(yán)格加強(qiáng)過程控制是順利解決不利空間因素制約完成現(xiàn)場作業(yè)的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:In the construction of cast-in-place piles, the common environmental factors which have a serious effect on the project are the narrow site, the height of construction activity is restricted by the existing overhead lines, which results in the large drilling rig equipment of cast-in-place pile construction can not be put into place. The reinforcement cage skeleton of pile body can not be lifted and placed in the whole, which makes the construction of the project fall into a block. Through the research and summary of the engineering examples, it is shown that the actual construction environment and the hydrogeological conditions of the specific project are fully combined. Flexible design optimization, process operation innovation and strict process control are the key to solve unfavorable space factors to complete field operation.
