通州灣港區(qū)圍填海工程起步方案比較

【摘要】:圍填海工程在促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí)會(huì)對周邊海域?yàn)┎坌螒B(tài)、生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生一定的影響。以通州灣港區(qū)起步工程為例,通過建立潮流數(shù)學(xué)模型,模擬南黃海輻射沙脊群海域的潮流形態(tài)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,比較了兩套不同圍填海開發(fā)方案對工程區(qū)域?yàn)┟娴臎_淤影響。從整體上看,兩套方案對工程周邊海域的海底沖淤產(chǎn)生明顯影響,但隨著時(shí)間的推移趨于平衡;谀壳暗哪M結(jié)果,先期實(shí)施離岸式的二港池更有利于維持小廟洪水道的暢通以及灘涂資源的保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:The reclamation project not only promotes the development of regional economy, but also has a certain impact on the beach shape and ecological environment of the surrounding sea area. Taking the start project of Tongzhou Bay Port area as an example, the mathematical model of tidal current is established. The tidal current pattern of South Huang Hai radiation sand ridge group is simulated. On this basis, the effects of two different reclamation schemes on the erosion and deposition of the beach surface in the engineering area are compared. The two schemes have a significant effect on the seabed scour and deposition in the surrounding waters of the project, but tend to balance over time. Based on the current simulation results, The advance implementation of the offshore two-port pool is more conducive to maintaining the smooth flow of the small temple flood channel and the protection of beach resources.
