基于DPSIR模型的山西省水資源可持續(xù)性評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:水是一切生命的基礎(chǔ),是萬(wàn)物之源,然而隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,水資源對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的制約作用體現(xiàn)的越來(lái)越明顯,如何合理利用和保護(hù)水資源,維持水資源系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)在平衡,通過(guò)保護(hù)水資源系統(tǒng)從而實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展成為所有水資源匱乏區(qū)域都要面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。山西省地處華北地區(qū)西部,是典型的內(nèi)陸省份,水資源匱乏,水體污染嚴(yán)重,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,這些都對(duì)山西省水資源可持續(xù)性發(fā)展造成不利影響。因此,對(duì)山西省進(jìn)行水資源系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)性的綜合評(píng)價(jià)具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文的研究?jī)?nèi)容主要分為以下幾個(gè)部分: 1、介紹DPSIR模型的發(fā)展過(guò)程及基本框架,并結(jié)合水資源建立基于DPSIR模型的水資源可持續(xù)性評(píng)價(jià)模型,通過(guò)尋找科學(xué)的組合系數(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)用客觀組合賦權(quán)法來(lái)確定權(quán)數(shù),最后介紹了綜合評(píng)價(jià)法的基本原理和計(jì)算方法。 2、建立山西省水資源可持續(xù)性評(píng)價(jià)體系,從驅(qū)動(dòng)力、壓力、狀態(tài)、影響、響應(yīng)五個(gè)角度對(duì)影響山西水資源可持續(xù)利用的因素進(jìn)行分析,,并在因素分析的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合山西省省情進(jìn)行指標(biāo)篩選,篩選出22個(gè)用于評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo)。 3、基于DPSIR模型對(duì)山西省水資源可持續(xù)性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。依據(jù)客觀組合賦權(quán)法計(jì)算權(quán)重值并根據(jù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)法計(jì)算出指標(biāo)層和目標(biāo)層綜合評(píng)價(jià)值,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,山西省在研究期內(nèi)水資源系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)性較好,總體上體現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的態(tài)勢(shì)。通過(guò)分析影響結(jié)果產(chǎn)生的各種因素,提出針對(duì)山西省水資源可持續(xù)發(fā)展的五項(xiàng)措施。
[Abstract]:Water is the foundation of all life and the source of all things. However, with the rapid development of social economy, the restriction of water resources on economic development is becoming more and more obvious. Maintaining the internal balance of the water resources system and achieving sustainable development through the protection of the water resources system has become a problem for all the water resources scarce regions. Shanxi Province is located in the western part of North China and is a typical inland province with a shortage of water resources. The serious water pollution and unreasonable industrial structure have adverse effects on the sustainable development of water resources in Shanxi Province. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to evaluate the sustainability of water resources system in Shanxi Province. The research content of this paper is divided into the following parts:. 1. The development process and basic framework of DPSIR model are introduced. Combined with water resources, the water resources sustainability evaluation model based on DPSIR model is established, and the weights are determined by objective combination weighting method through searching for scientific combination coefficients. Finally, the basic principle and calculation method of comprehensive evaluation method are introduced. 2. Establish the water resources sustainability evaluation system of Shanxi Province, analyze the factors that affect the sustainable utilization of water resources in Shanxi Province from the five angles of driving force, pressure, state, influence and response. On the basis of factor analysis, 22 indexes for evaluation were screened according to Shanxi provincial conditions. 3. Based on the DPSIR model, the water resources sustainability of Shanxi Province is evaluated. The weight value is calculated according to the objective combination weight method and the comprehensive evaluation value of the index layer and the target layer is calculated according to the comprehensive evaluation method. The calculation results show that, The water resources system of Shanxi Province is sustainable in the research period, which reflects the situation of sustainable development on the whole. Through analyzing the various factors that affect the results, five measures for the sustainable development of water resources in Shanxi Province are put forward.
