復(fù)合土工膜在灤河生態(tài)防洪工程中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:復(fù)合土工膜作為一種新型防滲材料,廣泛應(yīng)用于堤防渠道工程、水利水電工程、水庫加固防滲工程等方面,并取得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。復(fù)合土工膜以塑料薄膜作為防滲基材,與無紡布復(fù)合而成的土工防滲材料,它的防滲性能主要取決于塑料薄膜的防滲性能。但是,目前關(guān)于復(fù)合土工膜的防滲機(jī)理及防滲效果也缺乏系統(tǒng)的理論研究,關(guān)于復(fù)合土工膜的防滲體設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用仍局限于半經(jīng)驗(yàn)半理論狀態(tài)。 在灤河遷安市段生態(tài)防洪工程中,使用了大量的復(fù)合土工膜。由于堤身填筑材料為強(qiáng)透水性的砂礫卵石混合料,堤身防滲顯的尤為重要,在防洪堤迎水坡防滲體中采用了復(fù)合土工膜并發(fā)揮了顯著的防滲和防護(hù)作用。為了定量分析復(fù)合土工膜作為堤身防滲體的可行性和必要性,,本文以灤河生態(tài)防洪工程遷安市段左岸防洪堤堤身的典型斷面為例進(jìn)行研究分析。 本文首先詳細(xì)地介紹了復(fù)合土工膜在國內(nèi)外應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀,灤河生態(tài)防洪工程的基本概況;概括了復(fù)合土工膜的基本概念及主要特性,并揭示了其在工程應(yīng)用中的防滲機(jī)理;總結(jié)了灤河遷安市段工程中堤壩的防滲形式與結(jié)構(gòu)形式;研究了復(fù)合土工膜的施工工藝、施工要點(diǎn),形成了復(fù)合土工膜完整的施工技術(shù)體系;同時(shí)對(duì)復(fù)合土工膜的不足之處進(jìn)行了總結(jié),為以后的工程建設(shè)提供了借鑒;簡述了滲流的基本概念、有限元法的基本原理與基本步驟、二維穩(wěn)定滲流有限元控制方程,為文中灤河工程遷安市段滲流穩(wěn)定性分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。 最后本文對(duì)灤河生態(tài)防洪工程防洪堤堤身及堤防背水坡進(jìn)行了滲流分析及穩(wěn)定性分析,采用經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式法進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,并與工程實(shí)際測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,證明經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式在理論上存在誤差,所以在實(shí)際計(jì)算時(shí),需要進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的誤差分析。通過建立試驗(yàn)?zāi)P万?yàn)證了復(fù)合土工膜的防滲效果;借助有限元分析軟件Autobank6.0,通過選取典型斷面,計(jì)算并繪制了二維有限元滲流模擬單元網(wǎng)格剖面圖、滲透比降彩色云圖及分布圖、滲透流速彩色云圖及流速矢量圖、壓力及總壓力水頭彩色云圖等等,驗(yàn)證了其在工程中的可行性和有效性,為復(fù)合土工膜在我國水利工程建設(shè)的發(fā)展提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)和技術(shù)支撐。對(duì)本文的工作做簡單的總結(jié),并對(duì)復(fù)合土工膜的相關(guān)研究提出了展望。
[Abstract]:As a new type of impervious material, composite geomembrane is widely used in dike channel engineering, water conservancy and hydropower project, reservoir reinforcement and seepage prevention project, etc. And good economic and social benefits have been obtained. The composite geomembrane uses plastic film as the impervious base material, and compounding with non-woven fabric, its impermeability mainly depends on the impermeability of plastic film. However, the anti-seepage property of the composite geomembrane is mainly determined by the impervious property of the plastic film. At present, there is a lack of systematic theoretical study on the anti-seepage mechanism and anti-seepage effect of composite geomembrane, and the design and application of anti-seepage body of composite geomembrane are still confined to semi-empirical and semi-theoretical state. In the ecological flood control project of Qianan section of Luanhe River, a large number of composite geomembranes are used. In order to quantitatively analyze the feasibility and necessity of the composite geomembrane as the impervious body of embankment, the composite geomembrane is used in the seepage control body of flood prevention embankment and plays a significant role in preventing seepage and protection. This paper takes the typical section of levee on left bank of Qianan City Section of Luanhe River Ecological Flood Control Project as an example to study and analyze. In this paper, the present situation of the application of composite geomembrane at home and abroad and the basic situation of ecological flood control engineering in Luanhe River are introduced in detail, the basic concept and main characteristics of composite geomembrane are summarized, and the anti-seepage mechanism of composite geomembrane in engineering application is revealed. This paper summarizes the seepage prevention form and structure form of dyke in Qianan section of Luanhe River, studies the construction technology and key points of composite geomembrane, and forms a complete construction technical system of composite geomembrane. At the same time, the shortcomings of composite geomembrane are summarized, which can be used for reference in the future engineering construction, and the basic concept of seepage, the basic principle and steps of finite element method, the control equation of two-dimensional steady seepage finite element method are briefly described. It lays a theoretical foundation for the stability analysis of seepage in Qianan section of Luanhe River Project. Finally, the seepage analysis and stability analysis of the levee and the back slope of the levee in Luanhe River ecological flood control project are carried out. The empirical formula method is used to calculate the seepage and stability of the levee, and the results are compared with the actual measured data. It is proved that the empirical formula has errors in theory, so it is necessary to carry out the corresponding error analysis in practical calculation. The anti-seepage effect of the composite geomembrane is verified by establishing the experimental model, and the typical section is selected by means of the finite element analysis software Autobank6.0. The two dimensional finite element seepage simulation cell grid section, the color cloud map and distribution map of seepage ratio drop, the color cloud image of permeation velocity and velocity vector map, the color cloud image of pressure and total pressure water head, etc., are calculated and drawn. The feasibility and effectiveness of the composite geomembrane in water conservancy project are verified, and the scientific basis and technical support are provided for the development of composite geomembrane in water conservancy engineering construction in China. The prospect of the research on the composite geomembrane is put forward.
