【摘要】：社會(huì)在發(fā)展,科技在進(jìn)步,水資源的使用越來(lái)越受重視。水已經(jīng)成為人們生活中必不可少的物質(zhì),對(duì)水資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化配置、合理區(qū)劃已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)在乃至未來(lái)保障社會(huì)各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ),也是維持經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要。阿榮旗地域遼闊、資源豐富、水資源充沛,全旗大小河流28條,水資源總量189691萬(wàn)m3,占全區(qū)水資源量的3.5%,其中地表水187063萬(wàn)m3,地下水32111萬(wàn)m3。人均占有水資源量5927.8 m3。本文以地表水和地下水的開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀為研究主要內(nèi)容,結(jié)合實(shí)際,廣泛收集各方面相關(guān)資料,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)阿榮旗地區(qū)水環(huán)境的現(xiàn)狀特征、污染防治對(duì)策、維持水生態(tài)平衡、水體功能區(qū)的確認(rèn)、水資源區(qū)劃思路與格局等各方面問(wèn)題都進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)地闡述和深入地探討。
[Abstract]:Society is developing, science and technology are progressing, and the use of water resources has been paid more and more attention. Water has become an indispensable substance in people's lives. Rational regionalization has become the basis for ensuring social activities now and even in the future, as well as a realistic need to maintain sustainable economic and social development. Arong Banner has a vast territory, rich resources, abundant water resources, and 28 rivers and rivers of all sizes. The total amount of water resources is one billion eight hundred and ninety-six million nine hundred and ten thousand m3, which accounts for 3.5% of the total amount of water resources in the whole region, including surface water one billion eight hundred and seventy million six hundred and thirty thousand m3, groundwater 321.11 million m3. The per capita amount of water resources is 5927.8 m3. The main content of this paper is the development of surface water and groundwater. On the basis of the extensive collection of relevant data from various aspects, the current characteristics of water environment, pollution prevention and control measures, maintaining water ecological balance, and water function areas are confirmed in the Arong Banner area. The ideas and patterns of water resources regionalization are discussed comprehensively and systematically.
