北方某港區(qū)航道改建工程方案分析研究

【摘要】:伴隨航運(yùn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及船舶的大型化,部分原有航道不能滿足船舶航行安全的要求和港口經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,進(jìn)港航道尺度小、深水泊位岸線不足的矛盾日益突出;進(jìn)港航道成為限制航運(yùn)發(fā)展的瓶頸,因此對(duì)原有航道進(jìn)行改建擴(kuò)建是迫在眉睫的。 本文首先研究了航道改建工程方案評(píng)價(jià)比選的理論基礎(chǔ);然后討論了航道改建工程方案的分析方法,并基于層次分析法建立了航道改建工程方案評(píng)價(jià)比選模型。最后針對(duì)北方某港區(qū)航道改建工程實(shí)例,研究了航道的改建方案,并應(yīng)用航道改建工程方案評(píng)價(jià)比選模型對(duì)方案進(jìn)行比選,得到推薦方案。
[Abstract]:With the development of shipping economy and the large scale of ships, some of the original waterways can not meet the requirements of ship navigation safety and the development of port economy. The entrance channel becomes the bottleneck which restricts the shipping development, so it is urgent to rebuild and expand the original waterway. This paper first studies the theoretical basis of evaluation and selection of waterway reconstruction project, and then discusses the analysis method of waterway reconstruction project. Based on Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the evaluation and selection model of waterway reconstruction project is established. Finally, aiming at an example of waterway reconstruction project in a port area in the north, the reconstruction scheme of waterway is studied. The evaluation and selection model of waterway reconstruction project is used to compare and select the scheme, and the recommended scheme is obtained.
