伴有滑動(dòng)床的大顆粒水沙漿體濃度分布研究

【摘要】:在作者前期研究及相關(guān)學(xué)者的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,推導(dǎo)出了基于兩層模型的滑動(dòng)床上方水沙漿體濃度分布計(jì)算模型,進(jìn)一步結(jié)合剪切層濃度線性分布特點(diǎn),給出了考慮剪切層的三層濃度分布計(jì)算模型。通過(guò)粒徑為1.71 mm的粗砂顆粒高濃度管道流動(dòng)試驗(yàn),測(cè)定了水平管道和傾斜管道中不同條件下若干組大顆粒濃度分布隨傾角變化的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。濃度分布實(shí)測(cè)值與作者濃度分布模型計(jì)算值對(duì)比分析表明,三層濃度計(jì)算模型較兩層濃度模型,能夠較為準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)滑動(dòng)床上方的粗顆粒濃度分布情況。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the previous research by the author and the research results of relevant scholars, a two-layer model for calculating the concentration distribution of water slurry over the sliding bed is derived, which further combines the characteristics of the linear distribution of the shear layer concentration. The calculation model of three-layer concentration distribution considering shear layer is given. The flow test of high concentration pipeline with coarse sand particle size of 1.71 mm is carried out. The experimental data of several groups of large particle concentration distribution varying with inclination angle under different conditions in horizontal and inclined pipelines are measured. The comparison between the measured values of concentration distribution and the calculated values of the author's concentration distribution model shows that, Compared with the two-layer concentration model, the three-layer concentration calculation model can accurately predict the distribution of coarse particle concentration above the sliding bed.
