【摘要】:基于地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)方法構(gòu)建大尺度流域生態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)工具,對(duì)于整體評(píng)價(jià)流域/區(qū)域自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)對(duì)水電開(kāi)發(fā)的約束狀況,編制水電梯級(jí)開(kāi)發(fā)規(guī)劃具有重要意義。本文探討了流域尺度生態(tài)約束性概念模型,從生態(tài)環(huán)境約束、物種多樣性約束及環(huán)境敏感區(qū)約束方面構(gòu)建生態(tài)約束性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,建立基于GIS和層次分析法的生態(tài)約束性空間加權(quán)評(píng)價(jià)模型,提出相應(yīng)的計(jì)算流程,并以中國(guó)西南某流域?yàn)槔_(kāi)展了案例研究。結(jié)果表明,所構(gòu)建的基于GIS的流域水電開(kāi)發(fā)生態(tài)約束性評(píng)價(jià)方法,能夠客觀地反映流域自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)對(duì)水電開(kāi)發(fā)的約束狀況,且方法簡(jiǎn)便、易于操作,可為編制水電開(kāi)發(fā)規(guī)劃及方案提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on GIS (Geographic Information system) (GIS) method, a large-scale watershed ecological evaluation tool is constructed to evaluate the constraints of watershed / regional natural ecosystem on hydropower development. It is of great significance to draw up the hydropower cascade development planning. This paper discusses the concept model of ecological constraint on watershed scale, and constructs the evaluation index system of ecological constraint from the aspects of ecological environment constraint, species diversity constraint and environmental sensitive area constraint. Based on GIS and Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a spatial weighted evaluation model for ecological constraints was established, and the corresponding calculation flow was proposed. A case study was carried out in a watershed in southwest China. The results show that, The ecological constraint evaluation method based on GIS can objectively reflect the constraints of the basin natural ecosystem on hydropower development, and the method is simple and easy to operate. It can provide reference for drawing up hydropower development plan and scheme.
