高強(qiáng)鋼B780CF岔管制造工藝與水壓試驗研究

【摘要】:鋼岔管是水電站地下工程的關(guān)鍵部位,對整個水電站的安全運行有重要的影響。高水頭、大HD值水電站工程鋼岔管所需的鋼材多為國外進(jìn)口。某電站鋼岔管采用國產(chǎn)B780CF鋼材制造,是國內(nèi)首次在高水頭抽水蓄能電站上采用國產(chǎn)780MPa級高強(qiáng)鋼的鋼岔管。本文對該鋼岔管的制造工藝、有限元分析、水壓試驗及相關(guān)測試進(jìn)行研究。為了使該岔管制造質(zhì)量能夠滿足設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求,本文針對該岔管的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,分析制造的重點和難點,編制相關(guān)制造工藝;結(jié)合鋼岔管的實際使用工況,制定水壓試驗方案;建立岔管的有限元模型,提取測試點的應(yīng)力數(shù)據(jù);根據(jù)同類岔管測試經(jīng)驗和設(shè)計要求,制定岔管水壓試驗測試方案;將有限元計算結(jié)果與試驗測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析。分析結(jié)果表明:該國產(chǎn)高強(qiáng)鋼B780CF岔管的制造質(zhì)量滿足設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求;鋼岔管水壓試驗時應(yīng)力變化趨勢與有限元計算結(jié)果基本一致,計算結(jié)果中的高應(yīng)力區(qū)與實際測試結(jié)果吻合。通過對本案岔管產(chǎn)品的研究,為780MPa級高強(qiáng)鋼板的國產(chǎn)化提供依據(jù),并為國內(nèi)同類岔管產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計和制造提供參考。
[Abstract]:Steel branch pipe is the key part of underground project of hydropower station, which has an important effect on the safe operation of the whole hydropower station. The steel forked pipe of large HD value hydropower station is mostly imported from abroad. The steel bifurcation pipe of a certain power station is made of B780CF steel made in China. It is the first time in China that the steel branch pipe of domestic 780MPa high strength steel is used in the high head pumped storage power station in China. In this paper, the manufacture technology of the steel branch pipe is analyzed by finite element method. In order to make the manufacturing quality of the branch pipe meet the requirements of the design and specification, this paper analyzes the key points and difficulties in the manufacture of the branch pipe according to the structural characteristics of the branch pipe, and formulates the relevant manufacturing process. According to the practical working conditions of steel bifurcation pipe, the hydraulic test scheme is established, the finite element model of the bifurcation pipe is established, the stress data of the test point is extracted, and the water pressure test test scheme of the bifurcation pipe is established according to the test experience and design requirements of the same kind of bifurcation pipe. The finite element calculation results are compared with the test results. The results show that the manufacturing quality of the B780CF bifurcation pipe of the domestic high strength steel meets the design and specification requirements. The variation trend of stress in hydraulic pressure test of steel bifurcation pipe is basically consistent with the result of finite element calculation, and the high stress zone in the calculation result is in agreement with the actual test result. Through the research on the product of bifurcation pipe in this case, this paper provides the basis for the localization of 780MPa high strength steel plate. It also provides reference for the design and manufacture of similar branch pipe products in China.
