大型超深豎井滑模結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計優(yōu)化及安裝施工——以巴基斯坦N-J水電工程為例

【摘要】:巴基斯坦N-J水電工程調(diào)壓豎井井壁襯砌采用滑模施工。為進(jìn)一步提高滑模施工的安全性、可靠性及混凝土襯砌質(zhì)量,降低勞動強(qiáng)度,對滑模的下料系統(tǒng)、模板系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化改造,并從多角度比較分析了不同施工方案的優(yōu)劣;Ia(chǎn)實(shí)際及受力有限元分析結(jié)果表明,其結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度滿足施工要求。此外,通過方案對比分析,介紹了該工程采用的豎井底部安裝技術(shù),可為相關(guān)工程提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the safety, reliability and quality of concrete lining and reduce the labor intensity, the sliding form is used in the lining of the pressure regulating shaft shaft of N-J hydropower project in Pakistan, so as to further improve the safety, reliability and quality of concrete lining in the construction of sliding formwork. The formwork system is optimized, and the advantages and disadvantages of different construction schemes are compared and analyzed from many angles. The results of sliding formwork production and finite element analysis show that the structural strength meets the construction requirements. The installation technology of shaft bottom used in this project is introduced, which can provide reference for related projects.
