新拌RCC單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)的PFC模擬及細(xì)觀參數(shù)反演

【摘要】:為從細(xì)觀角度研究碾壓混凝土(RCC)壩料的壓實(shí)機(jī)理,需確定被壓RCC的細(xì)觀參數(shù),本文通過(guò)顆粒流程序(Particle Flow Code,PFC)模擬新拌RCC單軸壓縮試驗(yàn)來(lái)反演細(xì)觀參數(shù)。首先,為真實(shí)模擬實(shí)際RCC的配比和骨料級(jí)配,提出了基于篩分統(tǒng)計(jì)的各級(jí)顆粒數(shù)目確定方法,并采用三維掃描技術(shù)進(jìn)行不規(guī)則骨料的精細(xì)建模;接著,提出了新拌RCC單軸壓縮的PFC模擬方法,并建立了代替復(fù)雜PFC正分析過(guò)程的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò);最后,以單軸壓縮物理試驗(yàn)的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線作為標(biāo)定目標(biāo),提出了基于自適應(yīng)差分進(jìn)化算法的參數(shù)反演方法。實(shí)例表明,反演的參數(shù)經(jīng)PFC模擬所得壓縮曲線與物理試驗(yàn)曲線吻合較好。本文所建PFC模型及反演的細(xì)觀參數(shù)可為進(jìn)一步研究RCC的振動(dòng)壓實(shí)過(guò)程與層間結(jié)合的細(xì)觀機(jī)理提供基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the compaction mechanism of RCC dam materials from a mesoscopic point of view, it is necessary to determine the meso-parameters of compacted RCC. In this paper, the mesoscopic parameters are inversed by particle Flow code (Particle Flow code) to simulate the uniaxial compression test of freshly mixed RCC. In order to simulate the actual RCC proportioning and aggregate gradation, a method based on sieving statistics is proposed to determine the number of particles at different levels, and the fine modeling of irregular aggregate is carried out by using three-dimensional scanning technique. The PFC simulation method of fresh RCC uniaxial compression is put forward, and the BP neural network instead of complex PFC forward analysis process is established. Finally, the stress-strain curve of uniaxial compression physical test is taken as the calibration target. A parameter inversion method based on adaptive differential evolution algorithm is proposed. The parameters obtained by PFC simulation are in good agreement with the physical test curves. The PFC model established in this paper and the mesoscopic parameters can provide a basis for further study on the meso-mechanism of the vibratory compaction process of RCC and the interlaminar bonding.
