應(yīng)力-滲流耦合三軸滲透試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)研制及其在充填介質(zhì)滲透特性試驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:為研究充填介質(zhì)在賦存條件下的滲透、力學(xué)特性及其破壞機(jī)制,改進(jìn)研制了大比尺三軸應(yīng)力-滲流耦合試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),開(kāi)發(fā)了三維應(yīng)力-滲流耦合壓力室,進(jìn)行了完善的密封和加載系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)具備自動(dòng)化軸壓加載、圍壓滲壓加載、涌水涌砂量采集和多元信息并行監(jiān)測(cè)等功能,該套裝置可針對(duì)大尺寸、不同規(guī)格巖溶管道和裂隙還原其在原始地應(yīng)力狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行滲透性及相關(guān)力學(xué)試驗(yàn)研究。圍壓、滲壓值可分別加到2 MPa和5 MPa,軸向荷載最大可加到300 kN。光纖技術(shù)、電阻元件柔性防水技術(shù)和自動(dòng)化數(shù)據(jù)采集分析系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了水環(huán)境下試件內(nèi)部滲壓、應(yīng)變的精確采集和分析。在試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,開(kāi)展了賦存環(huán)境下充填介質(zhì)滲透特性試驗(yàn)研究,分析了充填介質(zhì)類型、滲流路徑、管道斷面形狀及應(yīng)力條件4種因素對(duì)滲透特性的影響及充填介質(zhì)的響應(yīng)特征,揭示了充填體穩(wěn)定性和滲透性的變化規(guī)律。該裝置解決了小水力梯度及賦存條件下的充填介質(zhì)滲透特性和力學(xué)性質(zhì)試驗(yàn)研究技術(shù)難題,具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In order to study the permeability, mechanical properties and failure mechanism of filling medium under existing conditions, a large scale triaxial stress-seepage coupling test system was developed, and a three-dimensional stress-seepage coupling pressure chamber was developed. A perfect sealing and loading system is designed. The system has the functions of automatic axial compression loading, confining pressure loading, sand gushing collection and multi-information parallel monitoring. The system can be used for large size. The permeability and related mechanical tests of karst pipelines and fractures with different specifications under the original in-situ stress state were studied. The confining pressure and osmotic pressure can be added to 2 MPa and 5 MPA, respectively, and the maximum axial load can be added to 300kN. optical fiber technology, The application of flexible waterproof technology of resistance element and automatic data acquisition and analysis system realizes accurate collection and analysis of internal seepage pressure and strain of the specimen under water environment. In this paper, the permeation characteristics of filling medium under existing environment are studied, and the effects of filling media type, seepage path, pipeline section shape and stress condition on the permeability characteristics and the response characteristics of filling medium are analyzed. It is of great significance to solve the technical problems of the experimental study on the permeability and mechanical properties of the filling medium under the condition of small hydraulic gradient and its occurrence.
