【摘要】：企業(yè)的生命活力得益于創(chuàng)新,公司的永續(xù)發(fā)展來源于謀劃。甘肅省水利水電勘測設(shè)計研究院院是甘肅省水利行業(yè)唯一的甲級資質(zhì)綜合勘察設(shè)計的科技型企業(yè)。近些年,隨著阻礙發(fā)展的各種問題的凸顯,需要明確企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、公司使命、發(fā)展愿景和業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃,塑造和謀劃企業(yè)未來引領(lǐng)發(fā)展的價值體系,并以此為基礎(chǔ),從組織調(diào)整、人力資源管理體系重構(gòu)、財務(wù)管理創(chuàng)新、企業(yè)經(jīng)營風險控制、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)五個方面謀劃和構(gòu)建發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略保障體系,為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展提供管理支撐。 本文以戰(zhàn)略管理理論為基礎(chǔ),運用理論聯(lián)系實際、定量與定性相結(jié)合的方法進行研究。首先,對企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境、行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行了分析；其次,采用“利用度—轉(zhuǎn)移性矩陣”對企業(yè)資源進行分析評價；最后,運用SWOT矩陣,全面分析明甘肅省水電院的現(xiàn)狀,找出面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),明確戰(zhàn)略目標和實現(xiàn)路徑,重點對發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的保障體系進行了闡釋,從管理體系層面保證了甘肅省水電院的可持續(xù)的發(fā)展。 本文的主要內(nèi)容共分為六部分,第一部分為前言介紹論文研究的背景、意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及總體思路。第二部分運用了戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論和分析方法對企業(yè)進行的綜合分析。第三部分明確了甘肅省水電院的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。第四部分為甘肅省水電院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的執(zhí)行進行保障體系設(shè)計,也是文章的重點。第五部分探索甘肅省水電院發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的保障體系的行動計劃與執(zhí)行。最后一部分進行歸納和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The life vitality of the enterprise benefits from innovation, and the sustainable development of the company comes from the planning. Gansu Water Conservancy and Hydropower Survey and Design Research Institute is the only scientific and technological enterprise in Gansu water conservancy industry with Grade A qualification comprehensive survey and design. In recent years, With the emergence of various problems hindering development, it is necessary to define the development strategy, mission, vision and business planning of the enterprise, to shape and plan the value system for the future development of the enterprise, and on this basis, to adjust from the organization. The reconstruction of human resources management system, the innovation of financial management, the management risk control of enterprises and the construction of development strategy guarantee system can provide management support for the strategic development of enterprises. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper uses the combination of theory and practice, quantitative and qualitative methods to study. Firstly, the external environment, industry status, internal environment of enterprises are analyzed. Finally, using the SWOT matrix to analyze the present situation of Gansu Provincial Hydropower Institute, find out the opportunities and challenges, clear the strategic objectives and realize the path, and use the "utility-transferability matrix" to analyze and evaluate the enterprise resources, finally, using the SWOT matrix to analyze the present situation of Gansu Provincial Hydropower Institute, and to find out the opportunities and challenges that it faces. The emphasis is on the development strategy of the security system, from the management system level to ensure the sustainable development of Gansu Provincial Hydropower Institute. The main contents of this paper are divided into six parts. The first part introduces the background and significance of the foreword research. The second part uses the relevant theories and analysis methods of strategic management to analyze the enterprises. The third part defines the development strategy of Gansu Hydropower Institute. Part 4th is Gansu Province. The implementation of the development strategy of the Su Provincial Water and electricity Institute is designed for the security system. It is also the focus of the article. Part 5th explores the action plan and implementation of the development strategy of Gansu Provincial Hydropower Institute.
