改性聚氨酯接縫材料的力學性能試驗研究

【摘要】:近年來對單組分聚氨酯材料的研究逐漸活躍,但固化時間較長,尤其使用疑為致癌物質(zhì)的莫卡(MOCA)作為固化劑,制約了其應(yīng)用范圍;诖,研究了其他固化劑對聚氨酯接縫材料的影響,通過添加填料改善其力學性能,進行實際工況中的弱堿性、熱老化模擬試驗。結(jié)果表明,添加3‰的三亞乙基二胺能使表干時間縮短3h,較大提高力學性能;填料的最佳添加比例為30%左右;老化溫度高于80℃時,材料的力學性能呈現(xiàn)緩慢下降趨勢,滿足弱堿性環(huán)境使用要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research on one-component polyurethane materials has become more and more active, but the curing time is relatively long, especially the use of MOCA, a suspected carcinogen, as the curing agent, which restricts its application.
