致污事件對(duì)于橋水庫(kù)水環(huán)境影響的問題研究

【摘要】:于橋水庫(kù)是天津市重要的飲用水水源地和引灤入津工程最大的調(diào)蓄水庫(kù),承擔(dān)著天津市的供水重任,是天津市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的生命源泉,為天津市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了重要的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),于橋水庫(kù)水質(zhì)的好壞是影響天津市社會(huì)安定、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素之一。近年來(lái),隨著庫(kù)區(qū)周邊非點(diǎn)源污染加劇以及上游來(lái)水營(yíng)養(yǎng)鹽負(fù)荷增大等水環(huán)境條件的變化,入庫(kù)水源水質(zhì)明顯變差,水質(zhì)污染問題越來(lái)越突出,水庫(kù)水體富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化加劇。本文以天津市飲用水水源地水環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀為背景,以于橋水庫(kù)庫(kù)區(qū)為依托,充分利用現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)資料,對(duì)于橋水庫(kù)庫(kù)區(qū)污染負(fù)荷及來(lái)源現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)結(jié)合水庫(kù)實(shí)際情況以及提高供水安全保障,運(yùn)用建立的水動(dòng)力水質(zhì)耦合模型對(duì)設(shè)定典型工況進(jìn)行模擬分析,為水庫(kù)安全運(yùn)行及水庫(kù)下游城市供水安全提供管理和調(diào)度依據(jù)。具體研究結(jié)果如下:1.運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)農(nóng)田法和排泄系數(shù)法對(duì)水庫(kù)庫(kù)區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)非點(diǎn)源污染負(fù)荷進(jìn)行估算。計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示:于橋水庫(kù)庫(kù)區(qū)7個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)2008年非點(diǎn)源污染總氮(TN)、總磷(TP)入庫(kù)負(fù)荷分別為45.86t、9.28t。其中農(nóng)村生活產(chǎn)生污染負(fù)荷量最大,所占比重分別為總氮(TN)53.7%、總磷(TP)68.6%;其次為畜禽養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)生污染負(fù)荷。2.根據(jù)不同非點(diǎn)源污染工況條件的模擬結(jié)果給出如下結(jié)論:(1)汛期時(shí),于橋水庫(kù)總氮含量最高值出現(xiàn)在9月份,8月份為于橋水庫(kù)總氮含量最低的月份。受風(fēng)生流作用水庫(kù)庫(kù)體周邊水質(zhì)受污染影響明顯。劉相營(yíng)、五百戶鎮(zhèn)及霍家店為含氮污染物主要匯流入庫(kù)口?偭缀孔畹统霈F(xiàn)在9月份,7月份為總磷含量最高月份。在空間分布上表現(xiàn)出東高西低的趨勢(shì)。水庫(kù)庫(kù)體南岸為總磷主要匯流入口。(2)在大洪水年的洪水期,受洪水徑流沖刷作用,污染負(fù)荷量大幅度增加。但保持水庫(kù)的高水位運(yùn)行可以使庫(kù)區(qū)流速降低,大量的污染負(fù)荷在大量水體的稀釋及沉積作用下,會(huì)以較快速率降低,可使得出庫(kù)水體的水質(zhì)較入庫(kù)時(shí)改善很多,從而可保證汛期對(duì)下游地區(qū)的供水安全。(3)暴雨時(shí)段由于強(qiáng)降雨對(duì)地表的沖刷、淋溶,使得大量面源污染物隨降雨徑流入庫(kù);由于暴雨時(shí)段降雨集中,在巨大的入庫(kù)流的水動(dòng)力作用下,污染帶會(huì)迅速影響庫(kù)區(qū)內(nèi)部,在后期風(fēng)場(chǎng)的作用下,污染面積范圍變大。
[Abstract]:Yuqiao Reservoir is an important drinking water source in Tianjin and the largest regulating reservoir in Luanhe River diversion Project. It bears the heavy responsibility of water supply in Tianjin and is the source of life for the social and economic development of Tianjin. It provides an important material basis for the sustainable development of Tianjin. The water quality of Yuqiao Reservoir is one of the important factors affecting the social stability and economic development of Tianjin in recent years. With the increase of non-point source pollution in the reservoir area and the increase of nutrient load in upstream water, the water quality of water source becomes worse and worse, and the problem of water pollution becomes more and more serious. The eutrophication of reservoir water is intensified. Based on the present situation of drinking water source water environment in Tianjin and the reservoir area of Yuqiao Reservoir, this paper makes full use of the existing data. The pollution load and source status of Yuqiao Reservoir area are analyzed. At the same time, the safety of water supply is improved in combination with the actual situation of the reservoir. The hydrodynamic water quality coupling model is used to simulate and analyze the typical working conditions. To provide the management and operation basis for the safe operation of the reservoir and the safety of the water supply in the downstream city of the reservoir. The concrete research results are as follows:. 1. Using the improved standard farmland method and discharge coefficient method to estimate the agricultural non-point source pollution load in reservoir area. The calculated results show that the total nitrogen of non-point source pollution in 7 villages and towns of Yuqiao reservoir area in 2008 (. TNN. The total phosphorus (TP) input load was 45.86 t / 9.28 t, among which the pollution load of rural life was the largest, accounting for 53.7% of total nitrogen monoxide (TNN). TP 68.6; According to the simulation results of different non-point source pollution conditions, the following conclusion is given: 1) during flood season, the maximum value of total nitrogen content of Yuqiao Reservoir appeared in September. August is the month in which the total nitrogen content of Yuqiao Reservoir is the lowest. The water quality around the reservoir body affected by wind-induced flow is obviously affected by pollution. Five hundred towns and Huo Jiadian were the main confluence ports of nitrogen pollutants. The lowest total phosphorus content appeared in September. July is the highest month of total phosphorus content. The spatial distribution shows the trend of east high and west low. The south bank of reservoir is the main confluence inlet of total phosphorus. However, keeping the high water level of the reservoir can reduce the velocity of water in the reservoir area, and a large amount of pollution load will be reduced at a faster rate under the action of dilution and deposition of a large number of water bodies. The water quality can be improved a lot compared with when entering the reservoir, so as to ensure the safety of water supply to the downstream area during flood season. 3) during the rainstorm period, the surface is washed and leached due to the strong rainfall. Make a large number of non-point source pollutants with rainfall runoff into the reservoir; Due to the concentration of rainfall during the rainstorm period, the pollution zone will affect the reservoir area rapidly under the huge hydrodynamic action of the inflow, and the area of pollution will become larger under the action of the wind field in the later stage.
