基于實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的面板堆石壩碾壓質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:水庫工程在防洪、供水、灌溉、發(fā)電、改善河道基流等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用,然而在其建設(shè)過程中,由于受繁雜的工程施工工藝、緊張的工期、巨大的壩體填筑工程量等因素的制約,水庫壩體填筑質(zhì)量的安全性面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。傳統(tǒng)面板堆石壩建設(shè)施工采用隨機(jī)取樣的干密度實(shí)驗(yàn)來檢測壩體填筑質(zhì)量,其實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果不能全面反映壩體實(shí)際的碾壓質(zhì)量,影響壩體質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的可靠性。本文以面板堆石壩的填筑碾壓質(zhì)量為研究對(duì)象,依托本實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究開發(fā)的“面板堆石壩填筑碾壓過程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)”,進(jìn)行了基于實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的面板堆石壩壓實(shí)質(zhì)量控制評(píng)價(jià)研究,取得成果如下: (1)針對(duì)面板堆石壩壩體填筑碾壓的質(zhì)量控制問題,介紹了面板堆石壩壩體填筑的質(zhì)量控制要求,闡述了本課題組研制開發(fā)的“面板堆石壩填筑碾壓過程實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)”的工作原理及在水庫面板堆石壩工程中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展,分析了料源屬性和碾壓參數(shù)等對(duì)壩體填筑質(zhì)量的影響,確定了碾壓干密度的影響參數(shù)。 (2)在分析面板堆石壩質(zhì)量控制參數(shù)(干密度)與其影響因素(碾壓遍數(shù)、壓實(shí)厚度、振動(dòng)狀態(tài)、壩料含水率和料源級(jí)配等)內(nèi)在關(guān)系的條件下,建立基于遺傳神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的壩體干密度預(yù)測模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了壩體全倉面的碾壓干密度分布值獲取,并對(duì)該模型的精度進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。 (3)考慮壩體填料參數(shù)的不均勻性和干密度參數(shù)對(duì)碾壓質(zhì)量的影響,,本文將可靠性理論引入壩體料源參數(shù)的變異性研究中,分析了壩料參數(shù)變異性因子對(duì)碾壓干密度的影響,提出了耦合壩體干密度和可靠度的面板堆石壩壩體壓實(shí)質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)方法,最后建立了面板堆石壩壩體干密度—可靠度二元耦合壓實(shí)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)模型,其結(jié)果更客觀地反映了壩體倉面的碾壓質(zhì)量,進(jìn)一步提高了壩體填筑質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的可靠性,為面板堆石壩壩體碾壓質(zhì)量的控制管理和評(píng)價(jià)分析工作提供決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Reservoir engineering plays an important role in flood control, water supply, irrigation, power generation and improvement of river basic flow. However, due to the complicated construction technology, the construction period is tight in the construction process. The security of dam filling quality is facing a great challenge due to the constraints of huge dam fill volume and other factors. The traditional construction of face rockfill dam uses random sampling dry density test to detect dam filling quality. The experimental results can not fully reflect the actual compaction quality of the dam body and affect the reliability of the dam quality evaluation. This paper takes the fill roller compaction quality of the face rockfill dam as the research object. Based on the research and development of the "real-time monitoring system for the filling process of the rockfill dam with concrete face face", the research on the quality control evaluation of the compaction quality of the rockfill dam based on the real-time monitoring is carried out. The results are as follows: 1) aiming at the quality control of filling and compaction of face rockfill dam, the paper introduces the quality control requirements of dam body filling in face rockfill dam. This paper describes the working principle of the "real-time monitoring system for the filling and rolling process of the face rockfill dam" developed by our research group and its application progress in the reservoir face rockfill dam project. The effects of material source properties and roller compaction parameters on dam filling quality are analyzed and the influence parameters of roller compaction density are determined. (2) under the condition of analyzing the quality control parameters (dry density) of face rockfill dam and its influencing factors (compaction times, compaction thickness, vibration state, water content of dam material and material source gradation, etc.). The prediction model of dry density of dam body based on genetic neural network is established. The distribution value of roller dry density on the whole silo surface of dam body is obtained, and the accuracy of the model is verified. 3) considering the inhomogeneity of filling parameters and the influence of dry density parameters on roller compaction quality, the reliability theory is introduced into the study of variability of dam material source parameters. The influence of variable factor of dam material parameters on the dry density of roller compaction is analyzed, and the evaluation method of compaction quality of face rockfill dam coupled with dry density and reliability of dam body is put forward. Finally, a binary coupling compaction quality evaluation model of concrete face rockfill dam with dry density and reliability is established, and the results reflect the rolling quality of dam silo surface more objectively. The reliability of dam fill quality evaluation is further improved, and the decision basis is provided for the control, management, evaluation and analysis of rolling quality of face rockfill dam.
