珠海碼頭防波堤工程的施工質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:質(zhì)量是工程建設(shè)的生命之源,好的工程質(zhì)量能夠給項(xiàng)目建設(shè)帶來良好的附加值。工程項(xiàng)目產(chǎn)品的使用壽命很長,需要經(jīng)受時(shí)間的考驗(yàn)。工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量管理不僅關(guān)系到工程的實(shí)用性和投資效果,而且關(guān)系到人的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。因此,工程質(zhì)量管理成為項(xiàng)目管理各項(xiàng)工作中的重中之重。然而,由于項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)工期長,參與人員多,組織結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,常常導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制具有相當(dāng)?shù)碾y度。為了保證項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量,管理者必須從項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、施工和人員監(jiān)督等方面,全過程、全方位地對整個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效的管理和控制。 一個(gè)好的工程項(xiàng)目其質(zhì)量管理要貫穿項(xiàng)目始終,從最初的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)節(jié)開始就要嚴(yán)格把關(guān),把最好的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)呈現(xiàn),避免后期重復(fù)的修改造成成本浪費(fèi)。在施工的環(huán)節(jié)中要嚴(yán)格管理,從人員管理到施工管理雙管齊下,將質(zhì)量事故在過程中消滅掉。同時(shí)在后期的驗(yàn)收環(huán)節(jié)要加強(qiáng)驗(yàn)收的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及驗(yàn)收的及時(shí)性,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)解決。 工程質(zhì)量的控制主要體現(xiàn)在兩個(gè)方面:一個(gè)是建筑施工質(zhì)量的的耐久性,能夠達(dá)到長期的有效使用。第二是能夠很好的控制節(jié)約成本,將建筑成本使用效益最大化。實(shí)現(xiàn)工程的可持續(xù)利用和使用過程當(dāng)中的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的持續(xù)性。本篇論文通過對珠海碼頭防波堤項(xiàng)目的工程質(zhì)量管理方面著手,從碼頭設(shè)計(jì)開始,著手對項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管控設(shè)計(jì),碼頭防波堤工程設(shè)計(jì)大多會(huì)出現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)方案在實(shí)際施工過程中承載量與后期運(yùn)營使用過程中運(yùn)載量相脫節(jié)。所以在設(shè)計(jì)過程就力求設(shè)計(jì)的承載量略大于預(yù)測的運(yùn)營運(yùn)載量,,避免出現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)與使用過程的脫節(jié),讓設(shè)計(jì)具有前瞻性。在施工過程中,加強(qiáng)人員的管理,加強(qiáng)人員質(zhì)量管理意識(shí)、管理知識(shí)的灌輸,將質(zhì)量事故控制在萌芽狀態(tài)。在后期的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)過程中加強(qiáng)建立單位、質(zhì)監(jiān)部門的橫向?qū)优c溝通,爭取在碼頭防波堤建設(shè)過程中的質(zhì)量問題第一時(shí)間進(jìn)行解決。 在實(shí)際的工程項(xiàng)目管理過程中,管理者也十分重視質(zhì)量控制,但對其中的一些關(guān)鍵性的問題存在理解上的誤差,項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行上的偏差,致使建設(shè)項(xiàng)目出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題。為了保證工程質(zhì)量控制,有必要分析質(zhì)量控制存在的問題,在本項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制過程中,通過對于設(shè)計(jì)、施工以及驗(yàn)收過程的質(zhì)量管理,防波堤工程在建設(shè)工期得以保證,在正常的質(zhì)量情況下成本減少,這都依賴于工程質(zhì)量管理控制在該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過程中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Quality is the source of life in engineering construction. Good engineering quality can bring good added value to project construction. The service life of project products is very long. The quality management of engineering project is not only related to the practicability and investment effect of the project, but also related to the safety of human life and property. Engineering quality management has become the most important part of the project management. However, because of the long construction period, the number of participants and the complexity of the organization structure. In order to ensure the quality of the project, the manager must plan, design, construct and supervise the whole project from the aspects of project planning, design, construction and personnel supervision. Manage and control the whole project in all directions. The quality management of a good engineering project should run through the project all the time, from the beginning of the initial planning and design link we must strictly control the door, and present the best planning and design. Avoid repeated modification of late resulting in cost waste. In the construction of the link to strict management, from personnel management to construction management both. Eliminate the quality accident in the process. At the same time, strengthen the acceptance standard and the timeliness of acceptance in the later stage, and solve the problem in time. The control of engineering quality is mainly reflected in two aspects: one is the durability of construction quality, which can achieve long-term effective use; the other is to control the cost well. To maximize the construction cost and benefit, to achieve the sustainable use of the project and the sustainability of economic benefits in the process of use. This paper through the Zhuhai wharf breakwater project engineering quality management. Starting with the design of the wharf, the quality control design of the project design is carried out. Most of the design schemes of wharf breakwater engineering will be disconnected from the carrying capacity in the actual construction process and in the later operation and use process. Therefore, in the design process, the load-carrying capacity of the design will be slightly larger than that of the predicted operation. Carrying capacity. Avoid the design and use of the process of disconnect, so that the design is forward-looking. In the construction process, strengthen the management of personnel, strengthen the awareness of personnel quality management, management knowledge instilling. Quality accident control in the bud. In the later stage of quality inspection process to strengthen the establishment of units, quality supervision department of horizontal docking and communication. Strive for the first time to solve the quality problems in the construction process of the breakwater of the wharf. In the actual project management process, managers also attach great importance to quality control, but there are some key problems in the understanding of errors, project implementation deviation. In order to ensure the quality control of the project, it is necessary to analyze the problems existing in the quality control. The quality management of construction and acceptance process, the breakwater project can be guaranteed during the construction period, and the cost is reduced under the normal quality condition, which all depend on the application of the engineering quality management control in the construction process of the project.
