【摘要】：研制出一種新型清潔自轉(zhuǎn)向酸體系,通過一系列室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,對(duì)該配方的酸化工藝性能進(jìn)行了研究,并總結(jié)了針對(duì)一套清潔自轉(zhuǎn)向酸的性能評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn)方法。結(jié)果表明,該體系配伍性良好,腐蝕速度≤4.5 g/(m~2·h),穩(wěn)定鐵離子能力≥45 mg/m L,表面張力≤29 m N/m。當(dāng)鹽酸濃度為15%~20%時(shí),鮮酸黏度在10 m Pa·s左右,當(dāng)鹽酸含量為4%時(shí)殘酸黏度達(dá)到最高值140 m Pa·s以上,體現(xiàn)了體系良好的室內(nèi)性能,對(duì)碳酸鹽巖酸化具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)際意義。
