新型耐高溫油井水泥降失水劑的合成及性能研究

【摘要】:為提高普通油井水泥降失水劑的抗溫性能,以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)為原料,合成了AMPS/AM/AA/NVP四元共聚物耐高溫油井水泥降失水劑,研究了反應單體濃度、單體配比、引發(fā)劑濃度等因素對降失水劑性能的影響,考察了降失水劑的耐溫耐鹽性及其對水泥漿性能的影響。結果表明,降失水劑的最佳合成條件為:單體加量15%,單體組成為:60%AMPS、20%AM、15%AA、5%NVP,引發(fā)劑、交聯劑(N,N-亞甲基雙丙烯酰胺)和分子量調節(jié)劑(甲基丙烯磺酸鈉)加量分別為單體總量的1%、0.15%和0.8%,pH=7,反應溫度60℃,反應時間4 h。該降失水劑具有優(yōu)良的耐溫耐鹽性能,耐溫可達180℃,在36%NaCl溶液中添加3%降失水劑即可使水泥漿API失水量降至46 mL。在180℃、降失水劑摻量為4%時,水泥漿API失水量為48 mL、稠化時間為308 min、水泥石抗壓強度為32.5 MPa,滿足高溫條件下的固井施工要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the temperature-resistant performance of the water-losing agent for the ordinary oil well, the raw materials are taken as 2-tribamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS), alicyclic amine (AM), acrylic acid (AA) and N-vinylcycloalkanone (NVP), The effect of the factors such as the concentration of the reaction monomer, the monomer ratio and the concentration of the initiator on the performance of the water-reducing agent was studied.
