硫代氨基咪唑啉鹽緩蝕劑的合成及性能研究

【摘要】:針對油氣田陽離子型咪唑啉類緩蝕劑與陰離子型阻垢劑配伍性較差的問題,以有機酸和三乙烯四胺為反應(yīng)原料合成了咪唑啉,在n(咪唑啉)∶n(CS_2)∶n(NaOH)為1∶1∶1、乙醇為溶劑、溫度為60℃條件下反應(yīng)2 h,得到水溶性的陰離子緩蝕劑,并考察了該緩蝕劑的緩蝕性能及其與阻垢劑的配伍性。研究結(jié)果表明,在含鹽25%、溫度60℃、壓力為0.5 MPa的腐蝕介質(zhì)中,該緩蝕劑加藥質(zhì)量濃度為50 mg/L時,24 h內(nèi)對A3碳鋼的緩蝕率92%,與陰離子阻垢劑的配伍性良好。
