MIP-CGP柴油餾分的加氫改質(zhì)

【摘要】:MIP-CGP工藝生產(chǎn)的柴油餾分較常規(guī)FCC工藝生產(chǎn)的柴油餾分密度更大,芳烴及硫、氮含量更高。目前,國內(nèi)針對(duì)MIP-CGP柴油餾分的改質(zhì)工藝研究較少。本論文采用加氫精制、加氫改質(zhì)工藝針對(duì)MIP-CGP柴油餾分進(jìn)行改質(zhì),以降低柴油餾分密度,提高柴油餾分十六烷指數(shù)。選用中石化青島煉化公司MIP-CGP柴油餾分為原料。對(duì)MIP-CGP柴油餾分進(jìn)行加氫精制,篩選出適宜的加氫精制工藝條件。將MIP-CGP柴油餾分及加氫精制生成油切割成不同的窄餾分,并對(duì)各窄餾分進(jìn)行密度、十六烷指數(shù)、烴族組成等性質(zhì)分析。采用酸性不同的柴油加氫改質(zhì)催化劑,對(duì)加氫精制生成油進(jìn)行加氫改質(zhì),考察催化劑酸性強(qiáng)弱與加氫改質(zhì)產(chǎn)品性質(zhì)的關(guān)系。研究表明,在操作溫度370℃、氫分壓12MPa,體積空速0.5h-1、氫油體積比800:1條件下,MIP-CGP柴油餾分的脫硫率為99.4%,脫氮率為99.6%,總芳烴脫除率為79.2%,密度由0.9594g·cm-3減小為0.8651g·cm-3,十六烷指數(shù)由20.4提高到35.4,加氫精制效果明顯。由于在加氫精制過程中芳烴和環(huán)烷烴基本沒有發(fā)生開環(huán)及斷鏈反應(yīng),加氫精制生成油中環(huán)烷烴含量高達(dá)71.3%,鏈烷烴含量僅為15.9%,又因?yàn)椴裼兔芏、十六烷指?shù)與烴族組成,特別是鏈烷烴含量密切相關(guān)。因此,采用加氫改質(zhì)工藝對(duì)加氫精制生成油進(jìn)一步改質(zhì),使環(huán)烷烴開環(huán),提高柴油十六烷指數(shù),減小密度。采用44A催化劑,在加氫改質(zhì)溫度370℃,氫分壓12MPa,體積空速1.0h-1,氫油體積比800:1時(shí),加氫改質(zhì)后的柴油餾分與加氫精制生成油相比,密度由0.8651g·cm-3減小為0.8414g·cm-3,十六烷指數(shù)由35.4升高為41.2,質(zhì)量得到提高,但柴油餾分收率降低為74.60%。操作條件相同時(shí),酸量較大的催化劑所得柴油餾分密度較小、十六烷指數(shù)較高,柴油餾分收率較低。隨汽油餾分收率增加,柴油餾分的密度逐漸減小,十六烷指數(shù)逐漸升高,在選擇改質(zhì)工藝條件時(shí),要平衡柴油餾分品質(zhì)與收率。
[Abstract]:The density of diesel oil fraction produced by MIP-CGP process is higher than that produced by conventional FCC process, and the content of aromatics, sulfur and nitrogen is higher. At present, there are few researches on the modification of MIP-CGP diesel distillate in our country. In order to reduce the density of diesel distillate and increase the cetane index of diesel oil fraction, MIP-CGP diesel distillate was modified by hydrofining and hydroupgrading process in this paper. MIP-CGP diesel distillate of Sinopec Qingdao Refinery and Chemical Company was selected as raw material. The hydrofining of MIP-CGP diesel distillate was carried out and the suitable hydrofining conditions were selected. MIP-CGP diesel oil fraction and hydrofining oil were cut into different narrow fractions. The density, cetane index and hydrocarbon composition of each narrow fraction were analyzed. The hydrogenation upgrading of hydrofining oil was carried out by using different acidic diesel hydroupgrading catalysts.
