油房莊聯(lián)合站注水管線腐蝕因素分析研究

【摘要】:延長油田位于水資源嚴(yán)重匱乏的陜西北部,且油層滲透率比較低。伴隨著原油的采出,地層水和注入水也一起上升到地面,油水分離后形成了大量采油污水。采油污水對管線及處理設(shè)施有嚴(yán)重的腐蝕性,會導(dǎo)致穿孔、破漏等損壞,每年產(chǎn)生巨額的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,影響到整個(gè)油田的生產(chǎn)效益。油房莊聯(lián)合站日產(chǎn)污水700噸,水質(zhì)最大的特點(diǎn)是含硫高,一般在250mg/L左右。另外,礦化度平均為37000mg/L,氯離子20000mg/L以上,硫酸鹽還原菌103—104個(gè)/mL,腐生菌104—105個(gè)/mL,鐵細(xì)菌103—105個(gè)/mL,pH值5.5—7.0,平均腐蝕速率0.202mm/a,目前未采取防腐措施。本文采用SY/T 5523—2000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在現(xiàn)場分析了油房莊聯(lián)合站油田采出水系統(tǒng)的水質(zhì)特點(diǎn),應(yīng)用動、靜態(tài)分析法,分析了回注水系統(tǒng)的腐蝕因素,通過注水藥劑篩選解決目前的腐蝕結(jié)垢問題。研究表明篩選和優(yōu)化阻垢劑經(jīng)室內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,復(fù)合阻垢劑加量為50mg/L時(shí)阻垢率最大,能達(dá)到98.4%。新型含膦緩蝕劑具有良好的緩蝕性能。雙季胺鹽+戊二醛(10:1)進(jìn)行油田采出水處理后,SRB殺菌率達(dá)到97%以上、TGB殺菌率達(dá)到85%以上,對于油房莊采出水、回注水有較好的殺菌效果,加藥處理后管線腐蝕結(jié)垢得到明顯的改善。
[Abstract]:Yanchang oilfield is located in the north of Shaanxi, where water resources are seriously deficient, and the permeability of the reservoir is relatively low. With the recovery of crude oil, formation water and injected water also rise to the ground, and a large amount of oil wastewater is formed after oil-water separation. The oil production sewage has serious corrosiveness to the pipeline and the treatment facility, will cause the damage such as the perforation, the leakage and so on, produce the huge economic loss every year, and affect the production benefit of the whole oil field. Youfangzhuang combined station produces 700 tons of sewage per day, the biggest characteristic of water quality is high sulfur content, generally in 250mg/L. In addition, the average salinity was 37000mg / L, the chloride ion 20000mg/L was more than 103,104 / mL, saprophytic bacteria / mL, 103x105 / mL, pH 5.5 渭 7.0, the average corrosion rate was 0.20mm / a, the average corrosion rate was 0.20mm / mol, the average salinity was 37000mg / L. At present, no anticorrosion measures have been taken. In this paper, the water quality characteristics of the produced water system in Youfangzhuang joint station oil field are analyzed by using SY/T 5523 / 2000 standard, and the corrosion factors of the reinjection system are analyzed by using the dynamic and static analysis method. The problem of corrosion and scaling is solved through the selection of water injection agents. The results show that the scale inhibition rate is the highest when the amount of 50mg/L is 50mg/L, and the scale inhibition rate can reach 98.4%. The new phosphine-containing corrosion inhibitor has good corrosion inhibition performance. After treatment of oilfield produced water with bisquaternary glutaraldehyde (10:1), the bactericidal rate of SRB and TGB reached above 97% and 85%, respectively. For the produced water from Youfangzhuang, the bactericidal effect of reinjection was better. The corrosion and scaling of pipeline was improved obviously after adding medicine.
