【摘要】：針對(duì)常規(guī)有土相油基鉆井液因有機(jī)土及瀝青降濾失劑等黏度效應(yīng)較大、不利于流變性控制和低密度白油油基鉆井液適用范圍窄的問(wèn)題,以自主研發(fā)的增黏提切劑、乳化劑和聚合物降濾失劑為基礎(chǔ),通室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)考察了其配伍性并優(yōu)選了其加量,形成了無(wú)土相油基鉆井液。室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,無(wú)土相油基鉆井液在油水比為70∶30~100∶0、溫度為80~160℃、密度為0.9~2.2kg/L時(shí),塑性黏度可控制在55mPa·s以內(nèi)、破乳電壓在450V以上,API濾失量小于2mL,抗鉆屑污染達(dá)30%,抗水污染達(dá)20%,加重材料對(duì)潤(rùn)滑性能影響非常小。焦石壩區(qū)塊4口頁(yè)巖氣水平井的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)表明,無(wú)土相油基鉆井液原材料少,維護(hù)處理簡(jiǎn)單,流變性易于控制,固相含量低,具有良好的剪切稀釋性,有利于降低循環(huán)壓耗,提高機(jī)械鉆速。
[Abstract]:In view of the large viscosity effect of organic soil and asphalt filter loss reducing agent, which is not conducive to rheological control and narrow application range of low density white oil-based drilling fluid, conventional soil-based oil-based drilling fluid is a self-developed viscosity-enhancing and shear-enhancing agent. On the basis of emulsifier and polymer filter loss reducing agent, the compatibility of emulsifier and polymer filter loss reducing agent was investigated and the dosage of emulsifier and polymer filter loss reducing agent was optimized, which resulted in the formation of soilless oil-based drilling fluid.
