鋼筋混凝土水池局部抗浮驗(yàn)算的有限元分析

【摘要】:鋼筋混凝土水池是石化行業(yè)常見的構(gòu)筑物。當(dāng)水池承受地下水浮力時(shí),水池需要進(jìn)行整體和局部抗浮驗(yàn)算。對(duì)于多格水池和池內(nèi)立柱水池,水池規(guī)范給出了局部抗浮計(jì)算公式。經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn),水池規(guī)范給出的驗(yàn)算要求較適用于雙向設(shè)置伸縮縫的水池。而對(duì)于不設(shè)伸縮縫或只設(shè)置單向伸縮縫的鋼筋混凝土水池,如果用該公式驗(yàn)算,往往會(huì)過于保守,造成材料浪費(fèi)。分析了水池局部抗浮的含義,明確之后通過對(duì)3個(gè)算例進(jìn)行有限元計(jì)算分析,展示了如何對(duì)水池進(jìn)行局部抗浮穩(wěn)定性驗(yàn)算。并且結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,分析了局部抗浮穩(wěn)定性不足的情況。
[Abstract]:Reinforced concrete pool is a common structure in petrochemical industry. When the pool is subjected to the buoyancy of groundwater, the whole and local anti-floating calculation is needed. The local anti-floating formula is given for the multi-grid tank and the column tank in the tank. It is found that the checking calculation requirements given in the water pool code are more suitable for the pool with two-way expansion joints. However, for the reinforced concrete pool without expansion joint or unidirectional expansion joint, if the formula is used to check calculation, it will be too conservative and lead to material waste. The meaning of local anti-floating of water pool is analyzed, and then through the finite element analysis of three examples, it is shown how to check the local anti-floating stability of the pool. Combined with an engineering example, the insufficient local anti-floating stability is analyzed.
