清潔壓裂液破膠液驅(qū)油體系研究

【摘要】:針對壓裂液返排液液量大、處理難度大、處理費(fèi)用高及污染環(huán)境的問題,本文在考察粘彈性表面活性劑(VES)清潔壓裂液破膠液基本性質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了一種可用于驅(qū)油的VES清潔壓裂液破膠液驅(qū)油體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對清潔壓裂液返排液的重復(fù)再利用。室內(nèi)構(gòu)建了基于VES清潔壓裂液破膠液的驅(qū)油體系,體系配方為:0.1~0.4wt%破膠液+0.004~0.02wt%AOS。該體系在溫度為61℃、礦化度為8.1×104mg/L條件下與安塞長6層脫水原油之間的界面張力為7.0×10-4mN/m,老化30天后界面張力仍能保持在10-3mN/m數(shù)量級,能夠達(dá)到三次采油的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對構(gòu)建的VES清潔壓裂液破膠液驅(qū)油體系性能進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)評價(jià),研究結(jié)果表明:該體系適用溫度范圍為50℃~90℃,適用礦化度范圍為3×104mg/L~21×104mg/L,在溫度為61℃、礦化度為8.1×104mg/L條件下該體系潤濕性能優(yōu)良,乳化性能較好,靜砂表面的靜態(tài)吸附量為30.25mg/g,動(dòng)態(tài)飽和吸附量為靜態(tài)的1/3,且水驅(qū)后動(dòng)態(tài)滯留量僅相當(dāng)于動(dòng)態(tài)飽和吸附量的1/4~1/3。通過室內(nèi)物理模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)顯示,最優(yōu)注入方案條件下實(shí)現(xiàn)采收率增值為12.5%,表明該體系在水驅(qū)后能夠進(jìn)一步提高采收率。采用巖心CT掃描、SEM電鏡及微觀仿真模型研究水驅(qū)后殘余油分布、殘余油的存在形式以及注入表面活性劑后殘余油的啟動(dòng)和運(yùn)移方式,直觀地探究了表面活性劑的驅(qū)油機(jī)理。
