栗毛球狀CaO@MgO堿催化劑的制備及其在生物柴油制備上的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:采用水熱法制備Mg(OH)_2載體,以乙醇-水混合溶液為溶劑、采用沉淀浸漬法制備栗毛球狀CaO@MgO堿催化劑,并將其應(yīng)用于甲醇和大豆油為原料的生物柴油制備體系。采用XRD,TGA,SEM,CO_2-TPD等技術(shù)對(duì)催化劑試樣的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,考察了反應(yīng)時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度、油醇摩爾比和催化劑用量等因素對(duì)生物柴油收率的影響。表征結(jié)果顯示,焙燒溫度為700℃、鎂鈣質(zhì)量比為1∶5的堿催化劑5CaO@MgO具有栗毛球狀規(guī)整的形貌,催化活性更高。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在反應(yīng)時(shí)間1 h、反應(yīng)溫度70℃、油醇摩爾比1∶15、催化劑用量1.5%(w)的最佳反應(yīng)條件下,生物柴油的收率可達(dá)98.8%。5CaO@MgO堿催化劑具有較好的耐水性和可重復(fù)利用性。
[Abstract]:The Mg (OH) _ 2 carrier was prepared by hydrothermal method, and the spherical chestnut CaO@MgO base catalyst was prepared by precipitation impregnation method in the ethanol-water mixed solution. The catalyst was applied to the preparation of biodiesel with methanol and soybean oil as raw materials. The microstructure of the catalyst was characterized by XRD,TGA,SEM,CO_2-TPD technique. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, molar ratio of oil to alcohol and the amount of catalyst on the yield of biodiesel were investigated.
