臭氧氧化—鈣法吸收工藝對(duì)煙氣的同步脫硫脫硝

【摘要】:針對(duì)中國(guó)石化鎮(zhèn)海煉化乙烯動(dòng)力鍋爐煙氣的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行煙氣模擬,采用臭氧氧化—鈣法吸收同時(shí)脫硫脫硝工藝處理模擬煙氣。實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比了單獨(dú)脫硫和脫硝過(guò)程與同時(shí)脫硫脫硝工藝的脫硫、脫硝效果,探究了煙氣在反應(yīng)器中的停留時(shí)間、臭氧投加量和煙氣含氧量對(duì)SO_2去除率和NO_x去除率的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:SO_2和NO的共存可促進(jìn)污染物的去除;煙氣停留時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),SO_2去除率提高,NO_x去除率先升高后降低;臭氧與NO摩爾比增加,NO_x去除率提高,SO_2去除率略有降低。綜合考慮選擇煙氣停留時(shí)間3.4 s,煙氣含氧量12%(φ),臭氧與NO摩爾比0.7,在此工藝條件下反應(yīng)70 min,NO_x去除率為73.8%,SO_2去除率為74.1%。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of flue gas of Zhenhai steam boiler in Sinopec, flue gas simulation was carried out, and the simulated flue gas was treated by ozone oxidation-calcium absorption and simultaneous desulphurization and denitrification process. The effects of desulphurization and denitrification in separate desulfurization and denitrification processes were compared with those in simultaneous desulphurization and denitrification processes. The effects of residence time of flue gas in reactor, ozone dosage and oxygen content of flue gas on SO_2 removal rate and NO_x removal rate were investigated. The experimental results show that the coexistence of SO_2 and NO can promote the removal of pollutants, the residence time of flue gas is prolonged, the removal rate of SO_2 is increased, and the removal rate of NO_x increases first and then decreases. When the molar ratio of ozone to NO increased, the removal rate of NO_x increased and the removal rate of SO_2 decreased slightly. The retention time of flue gas was 3.4 s, the oxygen content of flue gas was 12% (蠁), the molar ratio of ozone to NO was 0.7, and the removal rate of 70 min,NO_x was 73.8% and 74.1% respectively.
