環(huán)烷基減壓蠟油生產(chǎn)環(huán)保橡膠油的加氫工藝研究

【摘要】:在加氫中試試驗裝置上,以環(huán)烷基減壓蠟油為原料,考察了反應(yīng)溫度、氫分壓等工藝條件對環(huán)保橡膠油C_A值、8種多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs)等性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,在氫分壓為10~15MPa,體積空速為基準~基準+0.5h~(-1),反應(yīng)溫度為t~t+60℃時,加氫工藝適宜生產(chǎn)C_A值12%、苯并(a)芘等8種PAHs質(zhì)量濃度滿足歐盟環(huán)保要求的橡膠油。氫分壓越高,體積空速越小,加氫工藝生產(chǎn)環(huán)保橡膠油的操作空間(反應(yīng)溫度區(qū)間)越寬,且偏向低溫區(qū)間,環(huán)保橡膠油的收率越大。
