石油井下測(cè)調(diào)控制器系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為進(jìn)一步提高油田分層注水井的測(cè)試效率及測(cè)試合格率,測(cè)調(diào)聯(lián)動(dòng)分層配水技術(shù)被逐漸推廣至工業(yè)化應(yīng)用,達(dá)到了降低測(cè)試勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、縮短測(cè)試周期、提高注水合格率的目的。井下測(cè)調(diào)控制器的設(shè)計(jì)是測(cè)調(diào)聯(lián)動(dòng)分層配水技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ),其主要功能是實(shí)現(xiàn)井下數(shù)據(jù)采集,并在地面進(jìn)行處理分析,生成測(cè)試成果表及測(cè)試卡片,然后根據(jù)測(cè)試結(jié)果給出相應(yīng)控制信號(hào),調(diào)節(jié)井下儀器的工作狀態(tài)以改變注水量,提高注水效率。本文在了解測(cè)調(diào)聯(lián)動(dòng)分層配水技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究井下測(cè)調(diào)控制器。首先完成了對(duì)井下測(cè)調(diào)控制器的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì),然后通過(guò)對(duì)下位機(jī)軟件的設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了井下電磁流量計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理,電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制等功能,并且引入了U盤存儲(chǔ)及GPRS無(wú)線通信技術(shù),將井下信息即時(shí)存儲(chǔ)并傳送至上位機(jī)。最后完成控制器上位機(jī)軟件的設(shè)計(jì),在實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)查看、報(bào)表生成及實(shí)時(shí)控制等基本功能的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)測(cè)試軟件在運(yùn)行的過(guò)程中曝露出的不適應(yīng)性提出了一些改進(jìn)升級(jí)方案,主要包括儀器系數(shù)文件加密、測(cè)試成果數(shù)據(jù)文件加密、測(cè)試過(guò)程監(jiān)控以及改進(jìn)軟件操作模式等。最后通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,本文設(shè)計(jì)的井下測(cè)調(diào)控制器軟件,提高了井下數(shù)據(jù)的檢測(cè)精度,實(shí)現(xiàn)了分層注水量的調(diào)節(jié)。并對(duì)相關(guān)文件進(jìn)行加密,保證了數(shù)據(jù)的安全存儲(chǔ)。同時(shí),升級(jí)后的軟件界面,將測(cè)調(diào)及采集兩大功能獨(dú)立分開,通過(guò)軟件的工作狀態(tài)指示,可以明確測(cè)試操作步驟,有效的防止了測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)及采集數(shù)據(jù)混淆。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the test efficiency and test qualification rate of stratified water injection wells in oilfield, the technology of testing and regulating stratified water distribution has been gradually extended to the industrial application, which has achieved the purpose of reducing the test labor intensity, shortening the test period and increasing the qualified rate of water injection. The design of downhole testing and adjusting controller is the basis of the technology of stratified water distribution. Its main function is to realize downhole data acquisition, process and analyze on the ground, and generate test result table and test card. Then according to the test results, the corresponding control signals are given, and the working state of the downhole instruments is adjusted to change the water injection rate and improve the water injection efficiency. In this paper, the downhole monitoring and adjusting controller is studied on the basis of understanding the technology of stratified water distribution. The hardware circuit design of downhole measuring and adjusting controller is completed at first, and then the functions of data acquisition and processing of downhole electromagnetic Flowmeter, motor drive control and so on are realized through the design of lower computer software. The U disk storage and GPRS wireless communication technology are introduced to store and transmit the downhole information to the upper computer. Finally, the software design of the controller is completed. On the basis of the basic functions of data viewing, report generation and real-time control, some improvement and upgrade schemes are put forward for the inadaptability of the test software exposed during the running process. It mainly includes instrument coefficient file encryption, test result data file encryption, test process monitoring and improving software operation mode. Finally, the field test results show that the software designed in this paper can improve the precision of downhole data detection and realize the regulation of stratified water injection. And the relevant files are encrypted to ensure the safe storage of data. At the same time, the upgraded software interface will be independent of the two major functions of testing and acquisition, through the working state of the software instructions, can clarify the test operation steps, effectively prevent the confusion between test data and data collection.
