輸油管道泄漏直接波提取方法

【摘要】:針對(duì)輸油管道泄漏負(fù)壓波測(cè)量信號(hào)存在反射波干擾的問(wèn)題,構(gòu)建了基于管道系統(tǒng)瞬變過(guò)程模型的泄漏仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。分析了泄漏過(guò)程中直接波、反射波、前行波及反行波的含義與關(guān)系;提出了一種在泄漏負(fù)壓波測(cè)量信號(hào)中提取直接波的方法。該方法利用附加測(cè)量點(diǎn)的壓力或流量測(cè)量信號(hào)以及壓力波的傳播衰減規(guī)律計(jì)算反射波,進(jìn)而提取原有壓力測(cè)量點(diǎn)信號(hào)的直接波成分。仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:在一定時(shí)間范圍內(nèi)該方法是有效的。進(jìn)一步分析表明,該方法具有如下特點(diǎn):不要求準(zhǔn)確確定泄漏負(fù)壓波突變時(shí)刻;在恒壓型邊界條件下,無(wú)需增設(shè)附加測(cè)量點(diǎn);通過(guò)合理設(shè)置附加測(cè)量點(diǎn)與端點(diǎn)位置可有效減小壓力波多點(diǎn)反射問(wèn)題對(duì)直接波提取效果的影響。上述特點(diǎn)表明該方法具有較好的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of reflected wave interference in the measurement signal of oil pipeline leakage negative pressure wave, a leak simulation experiment system based on the transient process model of pipeline system is constructed. The meaning and relation of direct wave, reflected wave, forward wave and inverse wave in leakage process are analyzed, and a method of extracting direct wave from the measurement signal of leakage negative pressure wave is proposed. In this method, the measured signals of pressure or flow and the propagation attenuation of pressure waves are used to calculate the reflected waves, and then the direct wave components of the signals of the original pressure measurement points are extracted. The simulation results show that the method is effective in a certain time range. Further analysis shows that the method has the following characteristics: it is not required to accurately determine the abrupt time of the leakage negative pressure wave, and no additional measurement points are required under the constant pressure boundary condition. The effect of multi-point reflection of pressure wave on direct wave extraction can be effectively reduced by setting the additional measurement point and the position of the end point. The above characteristics show that the method has good practicability.
