永和區(qū)塊水平井提速技術(shù)
[Abstract]:The main reservoirs in Yonghe block are located in Shihezi formation and Shanxi formation, which belong to low porosity, low permeability and low abundance gas reservoirs. Through the analysis and study of formation lithology in this block, combined with advanced horizontal well drilling technology and equipment, this paper summarizes a set of common shaft structure and drilling tool combination through practice. Drilling key points and drilling technology of drilling fluid system. Through perfect drilling technology and unified logistic support, the mining efficiency of the whole block is improved, the development effect is improved, and the mining cost is reduced. Combining with the difficulties and problems in the drilling process of Yonghe block, this paper starts with the following aspects: well structure, trajectory profile design, trajectory control, bit selection and transformation, drilling fluid system, drilling tool combination optimization and the use of new tools, etc. A set of rapid drilling technology suitable for this block has certain theoretical significance and practical value in improving drilling speed, reducing drilling cost, shortening drilling cycle and speeding up the exploration and development of oil and gas resources.
