吳起采油廠多層產(chǎn)出液混合結(jié)垢的研究與防治方法

【摘要】:在油田生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)中,結(jié)垢往往會造成油層傷害、管道堵塞、不均勻腐蝕等問題,甚至影響油田的正常生產(chǎn)。目前,油田最常用的防垢方法是化學(xué)防垢法,它具有較好的阻垢效果,但成本高,操作復(fù)雜,而且會增加環(huán)境負(fù)擔(dān)。磁防垢具有一定的防垢效果,其特點(diǎn)是成本低、維修簡單、安裝管理方便,不會造成環(huán)境污染。本文針對吳起采油廠集輸系統(tǒng)結(jié)垢嚴(yán)重提出將兩種防垢方法有效的結(jié)合,在確保防垢效果同時(shí),降低生產(chǎn)成本,減少環(huán)境污染;瘜W(xué)防垢劑的篩選實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:單一防垢劑中防25與防35的防垢效果最好,復(fù)配防垢劑中復(fù)防21與復(fù)防60防垢效果最好,二者在濃度為60mg/L時(shí),對碳酸鈣與硫酸鈣的防垢率在95%以上,對硫酸鋇與硫酸鍶的防垢率在80%以上,復(fù)配防垢劑的防垢效果優(yōu)于單一防垢劑;為使現(xiàn)場產(chǎn)出液分離水混合達(dá)到阻垢標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在室溫下復(fù)防21加藥濃度為195~215mg/L,在80℃高溫下復(fù)防60的加藥濃度為270~310mg/L。磁防垢實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:靜態(tài)和動態(tài)下的磁化方式都可以有效延緩單一產(chǎn)出液和不同層產(chǎn)出液混合的結(jié)垢趨勢,但不能完全阻止垢的產(chǎn)生;靜態(tài)下先磁化后混合與混合后放置同時(shí)磁化兩種磁化方式,后者的防垢性能強(qiáng)于前者,低溫下的磁化防垢效果優(yōu)于高溫;動態(tài)下先磁化后混合磁化方式能夠大大延緩管道內(nèi)結(jié)垢的生成,混合后磁化也能起到一定防垢效果,但相比前者防垢效果大幅度降低;磁場對不同的防垢劑的增效效果不同,其中增幅效果較大的是復(fù)防21與復(fù)防60,F(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)表明:復(fù)防60磁化后在加量為200mg/L時(shí)能夠完全抑制結(jié)垢現(xiàn)象,不出現(xiàn)堵塞現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:In the production system of oil field, scaling will often cause formation damage, pipeline blockage, uneven corrosion and even affect the normal production of oil field. At present, chemical scale inhibition is the most commonly used scale control method in oil field. It has good scale inhibition effect, but its cost is high, its operation is complicated, and it will increase the environmental burden. Magnetic antiscaling has certain anti-scaling effect, which is characterized by low cost, simple maintenance, convenient installation and management, and will not cause environmental pollution. According to the scaling of the gathering and transportation system of Wuqi Oil production Plant, this paper puts forward the effective combination of two kinds of scale prevention methods, which can reduce the production cost and environmental pollution in order to ensure the scale control effect at the same time. The screening experiment of chemical scale inhibitor shows that the scale control effect of 25 and 35 of the single scale inhibitor is the best, and that of compound scale inhibitor is the best when the concentration is 60mg/L. The scale inhibition rate of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate is more than 95%, and that of barium sulfate and strontium sulfate is more than 80%. The scale inhibition effect of compound scale inhibitor is better than that of single scale inhibitor. In order to achieve the scale inhibition standard, the concentration of compound 21 was 195 ~ 215mg / L at room temperature, and the concentration of reproof 60 was 270 ~ 310mg / L at 80 鈩,
