鉆井液防泥包性能室內(nèi)動態(tài)評價實驗方法

【摘要】:鉆具泥包一直是影響鉆井速度和困擾工程技術(shù)人員的問題。選取懷俄明州天然的鈉基膨潤土塊HOLEPLUG作為實驗用模擬鉆屑,利用自制的鋼棒和老化罐的滾動模擬井下鉆進(jìn)狀況,通過對模擬鉆屑的粒徑、質(zhì)量以及熱滾時間和基漿組成等參數(shù)的篩選,建立了動態(tài)評價鉆井液防泥包性能的室內(nèi)實驗方法。評價實驗確定的模擬鉆屑粒徑為6~10目、質(zhì)量為25 g,熱滾時間為15 min,基漿組成為3%海水膨潤土漿+0.2%NaOH+0.2%Na_2CO_3+0.3%護(hù)膠劑+0.5%提切劑。進(jìn)行了3組平行實驗,3組數(shù)據(jù)相對平均偏差僅為2.45%,說明本文實驗方法具有較好的可重復(fù)性。選取4種海上常用鉆井液體系進(jìn)行了室內(nèi)動態(tài)評價實驗,實驗結(jié)果與現(xiàn)場反饋情況相同,說明本文實驗方法具有很好的準(zhǔn)確性,可為有關(guān)科研和鉆井生產(chǎn)提供可靠依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The mud bag of drilling tool is a problem that affects drilling speed and puzzles engineers and technicians all the time. The natural sodium bentonite block (HOLEPLUG) in Wyoming was selected as the simulated drilling chip for the experiment. The rolling of self-made steel bar and aging tank was used to simulate the downhole drilling condition, and the particle size of the simulated drilling chip was analyzed. Based on the selection of parameters such as quality, hot rolling time and composition of base slurry, an indoor experimental method for dynamic evaluation of mud proof performance of drilling fluid was established. The experimental results show that the simulated drilling chip size is 6 ~ 10 mesh, the mass is 25 g, the hot rolling time is 15 min, and the composition of the slurry is 3% seawater bentonite slurry, 0.2%NaOH 0.2%Na_2CO_3 0.3% glue protectant 0.5% cutting agent. The relative average deviation of three groups of parallel experiments is only 2.45, which shows that the experimental method in this paper has good repeatability. Four kinds of commonly used offshore drilling fluid systems are selected for laboratory dynamic evaluation experiments. The experimental results are the same as those in the field. It shows that the experimental method in this paper has good accuracy and can provide reliable basis for scientific research and drilling production.
