高橋石化公司煉油事業(yè)部3#污水處理場運(yùn)行狀況分析與試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:中國石油化工股份有限公司上海高橋分公司煉油事業(yè)部3#污水處理場設(shè)計(jì)的處理對象是國產(chǎn)低含硫原油加工廢水,采用的處理工藝也是傳統(tǒng)的“隔油+氣浮+生化處理”工藝。近年來,由于加工原油的多樣化,導(dǎo)致廢水水質(zhì)發(fā)生了較大的變化。傳統(tǒng)的“隔油+氣浮+生化處理”工藝已無法保證出水穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)排放。為此,本文首先對高橋石化煉油事業(yè)部3#污水處理場的運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究對幾股主要廢水的生物降解性能進(jìn)行了評估,并考察了Fenton試劑氧化法深度處理二級生化出水的性能。結(jié)果表明,煉油事業(yè)部3#污水處理場的隔油系統(tǒng)出水含油量維持在30mg/L左右,去除率為85%-90%,最終氣浮出水的含油量都降到了10 mg/L左右,隔油加氣浮對油的總?cè)コ蔬_(dá)到95%以上,避免了廢水中乳化油等對生化系統(tǒng)的沖擊。但幾股主要來水如罐區(qū)油罐切水、蒸餾電脫鹽排水和酸性水凈化水中都含有一定數(shù)量的難降解有機(jī)物,是導(dǎo)致有時出水CODCr超標(biāo)的主要原因;CODCr≤200的二級生化出水,經(jīng)Fenton試劑氧化處理后,其CODcr值可以降解到100mg/L的排放限值以下。該反應(yīng)的適宜條件是:初始pH=3.5、H2O2投加量1-2mmol、Fe2+投加量0.2-0.3mmol、反應(yīng)時間=2h。
[Abstract]:The wastewater treatment plant designed by the refining department of Shanghai Gaoqiao Branch of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is designed to deal with domestic low-sulfur crude oil processing wastewater, and the treatment process is also a traditional "oil-separated air flotation biochemical treatment" process. In recent years, due to the diversification of crude oil processing, the wastewater quality has changed greatly. The traditional "oil-separated air-floatation biochemical treatment" process has been unable to ensure that the effluent can meet the discharge standards stably. For this reason, this paper firstly carries on the statistical analysis to the operation condition of the wastewater treatment plant of Gaoqiao Petrochemical Refining Division, and evaluates the biodegradability of several main wastewater through laboratory research. The performance of Fenton reagent oxidation process for advanced treatment of secondary biochemical effluent was also investigated. The results show that the oil content in the effluent of the oil separation system of the sewage treatment plant of the refining department is maintained at about 30mg/L, and the removal rate is 85-90. The oil content of the final floatation effluent is reduced to about 10 mg/L, and the total removal rate of the oil from the oil separation system plus air floatation reaches more than 95%. The impact of emulsified oil in wastewater on biochemical system is avoided. However, several main streams of water, such as oil tank water cut, distilled electric desalination drainage and acid water purification water, all contain a certain amount of refractory organic matter, which is the main reason leading to the CODCr exceeding the standard sometimes and the secondary biochemical effluent with CODCr 鈮,
