陰離子型聚丙烯酰胺減阻性能評價及影響因素研究

【摘要】:為揭示不同因素對陰離子型聚丙烯酰胺類減阻性能的影響,研究了分子量大小、減阻劑濃度對滑溜水壓裂液減阻性能影響,考察了不同濃度及類型條件下的滑溜水壓裂液的抗溫性能、抗鹽性能。結果表明,在較低加量下,分子量對陰離子型聚丙烯酰胺水溶液減阻性能影響很小;其最佳濃度值的所在區(qū)間為:400~600×10~6;在清水常溫條件下,減阻率到達72%;溫度對陰離子型聚丙烯酰胺溶液減阻性能影響很大,80℃時,減阻率提高到78%;但其抗鹽能力較差,在清水條件下,加入鈉鹽后,減阻率下降至70%;同樣在清水條件下,隨著鈣鹽的加量增加,減阻率下降至53%。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the influence of different factors on the drag reduction performance of anionic polyacrylamide, the effects of molecular weight and drag reducing agent concentration on drag reduction performance of slippery water fracturing fluid were studied. The temperature resistance and salt resistance of slippery water fracturing fluid with different concentrations and types were investigated. The results show that the molecular weight has little effect on the drag reduction performance of anionic polyacrylamide aqueous solution at low dosage, and the optimum concentration is in the range of 600 脳 10 ~ (-6) in clear water at room temperature.
